  1. All I can say is “Wow”! You’re doing a great job. I’ve dreamed this one up in a slightly different way: AeroWagen!,
  2. Well... since this is episode 400, I think a “Thank you, Michael”. Is certainly in place! I like this way of learning about automotive history, so I’m glad this game is stil going on after it was introduced by Harry... MG
  3. I have seen this when searching for an answer for an older item of this quiz. Of course, I don't remember what it is anymore... The search continues :-)
  4. https://www.shapeways.com/product/VWJ48QUGG/rear-irs-1-25-nbsp-63-inch?optionId=67108818&li=marketplace I found this some short time ago and thought it might be a good idea to share it with you. MG
  5. Thanks Trevor. I appreciate your input! I think it would be a shame to buy one of the kits just for the wheels, though I didn’t think of the different Turbofan styles... Hence the aftermarket question. MG
  6. Does anybody know if there are any aftermarket Porsche turbofan wheels available and, if "yes", where to get them? Thanks in advance! MG
  7. For the years after 2019: wouldn't something like a SEMA show-theme be an idea? Like the real builders: coming up with nu trends, products and solutions. Thrashing to be in time for day 1? Or any other big show like it? Or maybe a Good-guys meet in scale?
  8. Oh nice! I'm looking forward to the build thread of this one!
  9. If the wheelbases are the same, would the Willys chassis be an option then or is it too different from the Stude's chassis? I like projects that are different! Looking forward to following your progress.
  10. Some year's Cannonbal theme?
  11. That's a LOT of motor!! Diggin' the side exhausts (NASCAR?) and the total build! What color did you use?
  12. Looking forward to seeing more progress on this build!
  13. Conclusion: we all agree and the builder is making his own choices!!!
  14. So true Dann..., I didn't mean to say he painted anything wrong, just wanted to give input for the builder to decide for himself. I think the car will look very nice, whatever shade of yellow will be used!
  15. Nice car to build. I found some (quite Random and even Japanense) info's for you as to decide about the color. My guess is it should be a tad lighter, but of course it's up to you! https://www.google.nl/search?q=David+Hart+Porsche+962&rlz=1C1GGRV_enNL817NL817&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwj90oXCnZzeAhVHJVAKHVnACQYQsAR6BAgAEAE&biw=1587&bih=979 https://www.google.nl/search?q=&tbm=isch&tbs=rimg:CUj13qV3xwKCIjgt16YI9SSIoSt2LhDv0_1X5_1PPn4XJvx7z7wpZj6kjX-fLlo8lzv0NxOKmEZYJijIoUHHlsINk_1RCoSCS3Xpgj1JIihETHY6h4QtFX8KhIJK3YuEO_1T9fkR0bOr8L48gDwqEgn88-fhcm_1HvBFyO8rGp8yHaioSCfvClmPqSNf5EafEHl_11voHZKhIJ8uWjyXO_1Q3ERds4BWuiTWyUqEgk4qYRlgmKMihFnHP7rtsjcPioSCRQceWwg2T9EEV6b6FQu9Dek&tbo=u&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwil7bDPnZzeAhVCKFAKHfigAHoQ9C96BAgBEBg&biw=1587&bih=979&dpr=1 Paint color according to the instructions: https://blogs.yahoo.co.jp/jaqcues_t/folder/1283607.html https://blog.xuite.net/kenkenmodel/hkblog/174987860-Porsche+962C+[From+A]+(1%2F24+Tamiya)
  16. I think you did a GREAT job!
  17. Well done to those who got it right. I had no clue!! Nice car.
  18. Do I see a couple of Futureliners there? What are your plans for those?
  19. Nice build! Next up: Cadzilla??? :-)
  20. I like it! I think reflections or something gave it a kind of green/blueish color to my eye...
