  1. Yes it has, its April 9th, 2016. Mark your calendars now. Ok here's a link to some of my pictures including my new ride. http://s437.photobucket.com/user/flyfshr/library/DSC%2010?sort=3&page=1 I know I took more pics but they weren't on the camera when I went to load them.
  2. Still loading and resizing them. I'll get completed later tonight and post a link. As for name tags, next year I'll have blank stickers so we can do this when checking in.
  3. OMG - I just got home from DSC and this year tops them all. There were so many builds to look at and the raffle was over the top. It was awesome to meet some new faces and see their work as well as past attendees. If you missed it, this one will be tough to beat. Thanks to the guys at Cactus Car Modelers for putting on a great show and Bernie, Dan, Jonathan and all of the rest of the crew did an awesome job. Hats off to you for putting on an incredible show. Many thanks.
  4. Ray - how did I miss hooking up with you? Next time.
  5. Today's the day!!!!! Whoot whoot.
  6. Mention Fiat and you have my full attention. Such a phenomenal build of one of the best Fiat altereds ever to run the quarter mile. Your build is outstanding Curt. Thanks for sharing it with us.
  7. Trying to be patient.
  8. Those colors really pop. And now the fun part, the rigging. Shiver me timbers.
  9. Hey Chris - you just might be able to use some more of that Chick-fil-a silver wrapper that you used for the seat belt material. Can't wait to see some update pix brother.
  10. Ok, able to get some pictures up but it wasn't easy and took two computers. As you can see, the bumper still needs alot of work.
  11. Busy day at the bench yesterday working on the rear bumper, sink, maps, luggage rack, resizing the bathroom floor pan and a few other items. Unfortunately my photo editing program isn't working so I can't post pictures at the moment. I need to reinstall from the original CD and get it fixed.
  12. Looking good Paul. So where's the plank? You know, the famous plank?
  13. Thanks fellas. Sounds like that In Progress table needs to be a few tables. Really looking forward to seeing everyone this Saturday. Don't make any plans during the judging. Just saying.
  14. That shot is the sunlight is oh so nice. The colors and fading really pop. Nicely done my friend.
  15. Great tutorial Tim. Thanks a bunch. This will be very useful and save a ton of time once I delve into brass chassis work. Thanks again. BTW - isn't the Dremel Stylus the best tool that ever produced? Love mine.
  16. You're going to be seeing little pulleys in your sleep for weeks. LOL Glad you were able to get the case repaired without having to redo it. How did the ship fare on its way to the floor? Be careful clutz.
  17. WOW Paul, is this ever so awesome. I've given some consideration to doing a ship model so I'll be following along. Aye matie.
  18. So excited to see this next weekend at DSC. If you have plans to paint anything, please don't before then.
  19. Looking forward to another in-person study session next Saturday at DSC. I learn so much from the teacher at every one of these study sessions. I'll bring my notepad.
  20. Ain't that the truth. I don't even need to ask if this will be complete by DSC in one week.
  21. I'll get to gander at this miraculous creation in person in one week from today at Desert Scale Classic. I'm stoked.
