  1. Perfect!!!! I love the fat fendered Fords and of course flathead engines.
  2. Another show room new Ford. Love it! I really like the silver pipeing on the seats. I assume it's BMF? Nice work Tulio.

  5. That is a lot of trim, I see why you may have put it away for a while. Turned out nice.

Thanks guys. There doesn't seem to be much interest out there on this one, I know, it's kind of plain. Maybe more graphics? Or maybe some more color? Let me know what you think. Maybe just too easy. The next one I am doing some cutting on, a '36 Ford.
  7. Great story, thanks for sharing.

Oh yeah the underside, no mufflers, I like 'em loud! Or at least I did in high-school. This could have been my ride after I lost my license maybe just at the local dragstrip, after all it was pretty much run wha you brung back then, they had a class for everything including your parents car.

My plan was to go box stock again. To my surprise not all the parts were in the box, no 6 banger. I was going to use a '53 Corvette engine and found another box of missing engine parts. Moving on to the 427 engine included in kit I thought maybe a carb version. The more I looked at the stock hood I had already painted I noticed marks showing through the hood for a hood scoop, which I usually hate. A high-school ride cheep and simple. The hood turned out to be a nightmare, then I noticed the clear hood. It fit perfect! Okay so I could paint it, no now I have to wire the engine. I don't recommend doing this after the model is already built. So much for simple, it took me about twice as long to finish this one but, in the end I am happy with my high-school ride. We were the Southside Rebels, no longer a high-school after this last year, a tribute.
  11. Here's two more A's I didn't see on here or at least different box art. Nice thread Greg.
  12. Here's the things I really like about this one; 1. The interior looks like real leather. 2. The paint is super. 3. The underside is really clean and nice color choices. 4. The fuel lines and engine details. 5. Really nice street rod Willys. 6. Never mind, too much to list, Nice Job Jim! I agree with Harry, probably one of your best.
  13. Thanks again guys.
  14. Great looking model. I always like the ones that were easy to forget. AJ probably had quite a few forgotten ones.
  15. Nice, love the way it's tricked out. Nice reflection in the paint, beautiful!
  16. This one is perfect, I love it.
  17. What, another '57? I know you love them, me too. Nice job on a classic AMT model.
  18. Your paint job just woke me up, beautiful model.
  19. Nice job on everything, all the little details make the model. I love your paint jobs on the surf boards. Even the tail dragging looks about right for being loaded down. You just need a beech in the background.
  20. I love it, nice job.
  21. Looks good Jim. This is the first one of these I have ever seen, if my memory is working. Who makes the kit or is it a resin body? Anyway, looks good, I love a Woody. Just saw a Packard Woody on " What's my Car Worth?" It went for $75,000.
  22. Nice job, BMF looks good, I love the flat paint. This one takes me back to my youth, I love it!
  23. That looks fantastic! Bet you hate to give it back. Now I want one. lol
