  1. Well, there's a hard pass!
  2. Because I'd still need to get the rear door on there some how. And to make it completely correct, I need an I-6 as well. I can probably source the rear seat from the 1957 Ford Custom 300. Rock Island Auction sold this car for $46,000 in 2019.
  3. I can see a Budd Wheel Parts Pack. It would be a good marketing idea.
  4. Yes, removing the trim from the Black Widow kit might be the simplest solution. The body will be destroyed, but the plan is to replace it anyway. Might just be the way to go. Does the Black Widow kit have the stock stuff, or is it strictly a race car? Either way, the race car is pretty cool.
  5. Unfortunately, for me anyway, the Star Models 1957 Chevy 4-Door Sedan is a 210, where the military ones are 150; so the chrome trim is incorrect. I guess I could splice the rear of the '55 sedan to the front of the '57 sedan; but that is just a recipe for disaster!
  6. That looks awesome. Great kit-bash.
  7. That looks nice. Is the cab plastic or metal?
  8. I really don't go to IPMS shows. Would this be a problem?
  9. I remember that there was a P/E set for this mad by a guy in Germany, but that was about 20 years ago. I don't even know if he's around anymore. I'm sure Czech Truck Model could make a really nice set or two if they were interested, but they're probably not.
  10. This it what I'd like to do with a 4-door 1957 Chevrolet staff car: It's a Chevrolet 1503 (I have no idea what that means). Or maybe this: But probably the staff car as it has an easier paint scheme.
  11. Very nice looking Prostar. Well done.
  12. I, too, am looking forward to this kit. It looks interesting. Another note of this C-series kit with an identity crisis: the bucket seats were only available in the C9000, all others had brown bench seats except the C900 which had a black one. Round2 could alleviate some of this issue by removing the molded in logo on the cab & providing C600, C800, & C900 decals on the decal sheet. It's just a thought. I don't think we'll see a bench seat, though. ?
  13. Sad automotive news. Several of the 1969 Dodge Chargers owned by John Schneider (Bo Duke) were crushed by Hurricane Ida when it hit Louisiana. 'The Dukes of Hazzard' star John Schneider's Louisiana property hit by Hurricane Ida — including the General Lee (yahoo.com) Very sad.
  14. Fantastic build. There sure are a lot of details in that kit.
  15. Really nice job so far, Matt.
  16. They don't seem to have a lot in stock.
  17. Nice looking Prostar.
  18. Great looking Mack. Very well done.
  19. Those are all pretty cool.
  20. Nice looking cabovers, Joe.
  21. Your attention to detail is incredible. And in 1/35 scale, too! ?
  22. Sorry to hear about your eye, Ron. Hopefully it'll clear up soon.
  23. That looks fantastic.
  24. That's really impressive!
