  2. Pretty cool film set.
  3. Looks great. I especially like the P/E grill. Much better that the kit one.
  4. That looks really nice. Weathering is well done.
  5. I think it's very well done & I really like it. Is it an exact copy of the original? No, but it's pretty darn close. baby Moons look good! ?
  6. Great looking Chevelle.
  7. He did a really nice job.
  8. I'm not sure about the construction of the raft oars (probably wood), but I don't think people typically wore life vests or helmets back then. Heck, most people didn't even wear seatbelts.
  9. Nice progress. I like the blue.
  10. Thanks for the offer, Richard; but I'm all set at this time.
  11. That's what I was looking for. Thanks!
  12. Am I imagining things, or was some clever resin caster planning on making the correct dash for the AMT Kenworth K100 Aerodyne kits? I seem to recall something about this, but maybe not.
  13. That's funny! I don't think Ford will do that, though. The Pinto got such a bad rap back in the 1970s that Ford will probably do just about anything to distance themselves from that name. Kind of like Chevrolet and the Vega.
  14. There was an aftermarket resin conversion offered a while ago, but that's the only one I can think of. I don't even know if he's still in business, though.
  15. Apparently Atlantis will be reissuing this 2nd Quarter of 2021: Atlantis2021CatalogWeb4.pdf - Google Drive (it's on Page 7). I wonder if this means they have the dump & tanker tools.
  16. I have this bike in the stash. You're looks really nice.
  17. When I paint my truck frames, I generally go with a Semi-Gloss Black, if I'm doing black. I know from the factory, truck frames are painted gloss colors, but I figure that they probably don't get "washed & waxed" as often as the cabs. Matching blue would look great.
  18. Starting to look like a Cruiseliner.
  19. I don't know if this'll help or not, but it kind of fits like this:
  20. Well, I'd say you're off to a good start. I built this back in 2011, and I looked through my pics to see if I had any of the engine out of the frame. I don't. So you know, Tamiya Gold Leaf X-12 is a good match for Mack Gold.
  21. Carl, didn't someone write a song about that? "It's just my imagination". RRR, yes, models are probably less expensive than 1:1 hot rods, and they definitely take up less space.
  22. Your plans for this are quite ambitious, but I like where you're going with this. The black & orange will look really cool. Nice job on the front axle.
