  1. Interesting. Thanks.
  2. Could be an interesting conversion. What engine would be appropriate for a K100E? What engine comes in the Revell kit? I also noticed that you have photos of Australian & US K100E. Were there major differences (other that the LHD/RHD thing)?
  3. Nicely done.
  4. Looks like a really well engineered kit. Might pick one up if the price is right.
  5. Looks really nice! Forgive my ignorance, but what makes your markings RCAF as opposed to RAF?
  6. Nice looking yacht. Oddly enough, Sunseeker has dropped the 108ft boat from their Predator lineup as well. The largest Predator is now (only) 80ft.
  7. I am planning on putting a Detroit Diesel 6V92TA that I purchased from Aulsowe (I think) into a Chevrolet Bison. Does anyone know where I can get the round, black "92" decals like the ones on this engine: Ok, so It's not a great pic. I think Melbourne Model Truck Accessories had them, but he is no longer in business. Thanks for the help.
  8. Thanks, Terry. Hey, I've managed to get two builds done this year so far! My 1925 Ford Model T Pick-up: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/114181-1925-ford-model-t-pickup/#comment-1644570 And my 1957 Ford Custom 300 Fire Chief's Car: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/117786-1957-ford-custom-300-fire-chiefs-car/#comment-1706795 As for current WIPs, I have this one (duh), my 1949 Mercury Club Coupe Police Package: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/118246-1949-mercury-club-coupe-police-package/ With Tom's help, my Florida Highway Patrol 2006 Dodge Charger: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/117865-florida-highway-patrol-2006-dodge-charger/ And soon to be started (maybe), my 1978 Chevrolet Bison stake truck.

  10. Here is a 1977 Detroit Diesel brochure: http://public.fotki.com/modeltrucks25thscale/truck_brochures/detroit_diesel_company/detroit-diesel-for-/
  11. I don't know if this will help with your LT9000, but it's a start: http://public.fotki.com/modeltrucks25thscale/truck_brochures/ford/ford_l-9000_1988/
  12. Thanks, Larry. I've built a few things, but it's been a while since I build a truck.
  13. Does anyone have any information on the GMC E-Z Spec Generals? I'm looking for information on E-Z Spec Model 9255E. Thanks.
  14. Very nice work. Looks like Roscoe's going to have his work cut out for him!
  15. Looking nice.
  16. Thanks, guys. It has some issues, but I like it.
  17. Thanks. They didn't come out as nice as I'd wanted, but they're ok.
  18. Here's this weekend update. The cab is mostly done. Air deflector still need to be painted, decaled, & mounted; and the P/E logos & door handles need to be attached. There is also some small touch-up painting that needs to be done, but it's a lot closer than it's been in years.
  19. Both the 71 & 92 Series engines were offered with & without turbos.
  20. As I understand it, the 71 & 92 Series engines are very similar externally. The valve covers are different, though. As for the 12V71, try Mo'Luminum: http://moluminum-com.3dcartstores.com/V12-Engine_p_69.html
