  1. Looks really nice. Would you consider selling the grill seperately to update the Little Red Express to make Squad 51 from "Emergency"?
  2. Nice looking Ford. I heard that there were issues with the chrome & the tires. Did you find that to be true? Meng was supposed to have that all fixed by the second run. Apparently it has the diesel exhaust for the gasoline engine. Maybe that's how they run them in China.
  3. Says the guy with the Two-Story Falcon as his avatar! Just pulling your leg. I like both of them, too.
  4. Looks pretty cool. I like the color. I wouldn't hit any bumps really hard, though. You'll rip those front fenders right off!
  5. How are you going to extend the rear of the frame stringer for the log trailer? You need to have about 6ft to 9ft added to the rear of the frame to make the trailer turn properly.
  6. Great looking combinations. I like it with both the T600 & VN780. Very "orange fleet" looking.
  7. Looks really nice. I like it.
  8. Great looking Astro, Pavel.
  9. Here is the first truck I built when I got back into modeling. It's the Revell USA snap Peterbilt 359 with Jbot Winslow stripes. The trailer was built much later.
  10. Nice looking hay hauler. How are you going to do the green flames?
  11. Great job on the Volvo. I have this kit waiting in the wings. Question for you: how difficult would it be to convert it to a singe stack exhaust?
  12. The DM600 would be just fine for your dump truck. That's what they are designed for. Yes, the entire engine & transmission should be gold. I found that Tamiya Gold Leaf X12 works quite well. Here is my ENDT 675 Maxidine from my Mack R685ST: For the interior green, I've heard that Humbrol 120 Matt Light Green is a good match; but I've never used it.
  13. Nice looking trailer. The Krylon Chrome seems to have gone on well. I never had any luck with Krylon Chrome; just never seemed to dry.
  14. Looking forward to your progress. I've never owned the kit either, but I remember seeing an actual B-1B flying nap-of-the-earth during Roving Sands '93 near our PATRIOT site at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. Very impressive. We still "shot him down", but it was still impressive none the less.
  15. I think you captured the look of the 1:1 quite well. I know one thing for sure, we could definitely use this truck up here on the New York Throughway in the winter. It would make a great snow plow!
  16. Your DM600 is looking nice. I agree, the chrome has to go. Chrome spokes? Seriously, AMT?
