  1. That looks really nice. It really captures the essence of Old San Juan. If the road was flatter I might have said New Orleans!
  2. It does make sense. I mean, why would you offer something for sale if you were only going to make one or two of them? Not worth the production costs. Now I don't travel the highways much, but when I do I try to take notice of the trucks. I think I've maybe seen three Argosys, and when I do it's like "Oh, my God! A cabover!" I actually stopped next to one at one of the NYS Throughway Plazas last year.
  3. I think you can still get the Argosy: http://www.freightlinertrucks.com/Trucks/Models/Legacy/Argosy
  4. Blue & Lime Green? Should be interesting.
  5. That looks like hell! But that's a good thing. Is that a Winn-Dixie Pez dispenser? I didn't know Winn-Dixie was in Australia. That's pretty cool. I worked for them when I lived in Miami.
  6. What a bizarre movie! The yellow Peterbilt 359 is really nice though. I think it starts the movie as a white Peterbilt 358.
  7. This one? http://public.fotki.com/modeltrucks25thscale/truckkit_instructions/revell/7527-kenworth-orien/
  8. I thought the Mack R-Series from AMT was a 1975-79.
  9. That is one amazing model. Very detailed & realistic! The only problem I see is the solder's uniform: it's not WWII era. it's 1990s.
  10. I have no idea who "L'express du Midi" are, but they sure have some nice trucks!
  11. A guy on another board told me that Tamiya Metallic Blue X13 right out of the jar is a perfect match.
  12. Plaskit was supposedly working on one for this kit & the Revell USA W900 kit. Not sure of the status, though.
  13. Nice composition. I like the muddy road. Looks really wet.
  14. Nice little dio. Why is the car being pushed? Did it run out of fuel?
  15. Jim you are a man of few words, but many tallents. Looking good.
  16. This might help get you started: http://public.fotki.com/modeltrucks25thscale/model_magazine_articles/car_modeller/cm40_nov_1996_conve/
  17. Those look really nice! Now I'll just need to figure out where they go exactly.
  18. Sounds like an interesting project! Yes, there is a Cummins ISX out there. Auslowe sels it as the Signature600.
  19. I found it on Netflix. Can't find a lot of other things, though. Maybe it's not available in Canada?
