  1. Impressive work.
  2. Awesome! Put that cab on a lentghtened Chevy Titan frame!
  3. Alright, that's it, I'm making my own custom now! You pushed me to it with your terrific build Luke!! Kiddings aside I did buy the sister kit Kenworth to do just that, my own custom. I like the way you are going about this, your Pete will look like what a 1:1 custom would look like, your details look right on (exhaust stacks lenght and diameter), you are nicely detailing the build for us as well And showing clever tricks such as the exhaust elbows and great rear bumper layout BTW. Very nice and thanks for all the instructions! This 359 is wicked looking with that visor.
  4. I could almost see gangsters coming out of this with machineguns!
  5. It's a nice and tidy build Bill, that paint scheme looks really good!
  6. This model looks super plain before you start adding the chrome bits to it, to the point of almost being disapointed building mine. Then, once finished with all the equipment on, I just can't get my eyes off of it. The Italeri Pete is a really nice truck model. I bet that even if you leave the silver color alone and add the chrome parts, the cab skirts and BMF detailing it's going to look great! Put your company name on the doors and you're done!
  7. Thanks for the suspension tips Luke, that is going to be of some help for a lot of us later! Your snap Pete is going to be a looker for sure, I'm not too much into Hotrod trucks usually but you and Chuck Most aka Michigan Madman are helping me change my mind on this! I really like the way this is going. Good job! By the way, are you retaining the kit engine?
  8. Better to have a 1:25 tractor with a 1:24 trailer than the other way around. When the trailer is narrower than the tractor, it doesn't look quite right. Watch for the tire sizes too. Bigger tires on the trailer might look off as well.
  9. Man, this plastic truck is rustier than a real one that's been at a scrapyard for 30 years! Your rust is really convincing!
  10. Rust in the exhaust shouldn't be much of a problem with Chuck's truck! Right Chuck?
  11. Well, since this is a custom... Why not?! You'll be the first one. Would this prevent a proper exhaust exit in real life?
  12. What color are you going to make this bad beast?
  13. The second set looks killer! But the first 2 hole looks real good too! That is going to be one mean lookin' mother!
  14. Impressive! This floor pan is perfect! Every detail is very well executed, beautiful work. I really like it! I could see a black Malibu SS with a 454, 4 speed, Vette rallies and Wide Ovals...
  15. Project of a lifetime! Good job!
  16. Whoa! This is lookin' good Matey! You got the height just right. I like the fenders. Keep us up to date there Luke, you're on to something!
  17. SO Chuck... When are you going to give some news about this or the custom screamin' yeller Lonestar, huh? Come on man, can't leave hangin' so long! Maybe you started another project!
  18. You are SO right! I forgot about those. Yes I believe they do look like the Ford N. Haven't seen resin for this yet though. That would be cool!
  19. Wasn't the GMC 7500-9500 the model competing with the Ford N? If yes, AITM has a resin cab of both the short hood 7500-9500 and the long hood 9500.
  20. Everything seem to fit together pretty nicely! One question though, do they fit on the Moebius axles like the kit wheels? Especially the tractor front ones?
  21. Those look really good Ben, you will have orders for them. Nice to know I don't have to order some from England for a change... They're gonna look good on the Great Dane trailer too!
  22. Expecting no less Dave! This should be a little easier with the Lonestar cab already done and being at a high percentage similar to this one. Good job on that Lonestar daycab by the way!
