  1. There is nothing wrong with the tires, that was done on purpose, its the same thing NuNu did with the BMW M6 kit, that is there way of doing the staggered/cambered suspension , you put the thicker side to the outside of the wheel. It will make the top part of the tire/wheel lean inwards.
  2. I am going to say this kit has no engine. Mine should be here tomorrow, full coverage to follow as usual.
  3. Nice
  4. Nice work.
  5. Thank you , I like to have a little bit of fun with the videos , its not all saving lives , gotta have some fun.
  6. Right, it was a slow year.
  7. Good info here, thank you Bob, would love to see some photos of it( the reflectors you have made up)
  8. Of course I am gonna play along, it was slow year for the garage this year, there are still a few projects that didnt make the cut.
  9. Lovely photos I have stopped using my photobox and now just using backdrops( poster board) , I had a very hard time capturing the shiny using the photobox.
  10. You have the hobby stores confused, this thread is about Hobbylinc, not Hobby Link Japan, Hobby Link Japan offers more than just slow shipping FYI. https://www.hobbylinc.com/
  11. Yeah, and fixing the ride height and poking out past the fender issues, they dont look too bad.
  12. I am pretty sure that wont help speed up the slow shipping time.
  13. Second this Pro tip, apply it in very light coats, I mean super duper light, if not , its gonna run if you try and do anything close to a wet coat.
  14. Wowo, I cant wait for Greg to get this, maybe he can bring a casting to a meeting . Has a price been set for this one ?
  15. I contacted Kevin over at Missing link and it turns out that was a mistake, and he has corrected the price https://www.ebay.com/itm/Resin-25th-scale-wire-wheel-covers-Chevy-Olds-Pontiac-Cadillac-etc-Missing-Link/352237328427?hash=item5202fb182b:g:t-4AAOSwyWZZVq8u
  16. His Indy winning ride , well those are what the decals are for, all of my usual refinements made, decals are from Stoney Custom's, paint was Tamyia. I used the kit tire this time as I am out of snap tires Ive ben using. I am not 100% done with it, I need to do another round of clear on the body, but that will be done after Christmas, when I can get a new can of clear that I need And the group.
  17. Those are like $10 more over most of their other wheel sets, even the chromes one, I am sure there is reason, but I am not seeing it.
  18. Thanks Rob Edit, found the listing, um, $24 seems a bit high, maybe I will just run it with steelies instead, I hated the wire wheels caps anyways.
  19. I got it easy, my 84 that I owned had no whitewalls, not even sure the tires were all the same brand, pretty sure I was also missing a wirewheel cap .
  20. Rob , I was unable to locate them on their website, I would like to maybe get a set
  21. Doeesnt change the fact that it looks cheesy to me, just my opinion .
