When I use reviews on products/business, I like to go with the overall score from them instead of what each review says.
For instance, I was going to buy a new camera this month, a DSLR, and spent a lot of time reading reviews, both from people reviewing the camera for magazines/websties, and those of user reviews, while the camera got decent reviews from the user's , it got not so good reviews from the people doing it on the professional level , and just using Amazon as an example, it got like 4 out 5 stars, made it difficult to make a decision. But there were a few user reviews that matched what the professional reviewers said.
I have not used Yelp yet, I should get the app and check it out.
