  1. One of four to get 2015 started
  2. Gotta admit, this is pretty neat, first link is to a video for it, and the second link is a price page, you are going to want to change the currency over, its on the top of page, in the middle, look for the $ sign. http://www.hobbyzone.pl/en/wsm/ http://www.hobbyzone.pl/en/12-modular-workshop-system/
  3. Are you having fun bringing these long dead threads back to life?
  4. Or for us living in the USA, why not use Scale Finishes?, both are automotive paints right ?
  5. When that photo was first posted on the bog, I had feeling it was either going to be stock Mclaren 12C , or the Huracan , or the MP4 Anyways, first look of a pre production build of the Aventador, this was done by one of Aoshima's builders, and its going to be heading to the Nuremberg Toy Show , photo credits Sascha Müller
  6. Studio 27 , Scale Motorsports, both offer different types of C/F sheets http://www.scalemotorsport.com/merchant2/ http://www.studio27.co.jp/ http://www.mshobbies.com/search.php?search_query=carbon+fiber&x=0&y=0
  7. Be careful , there are people spoofing peoples accounts, someone on another forum got a few friends request from people he was already friends with
  8. I always try and respect the vendors and their kits, and will always ask if I can open the kit up, and then, I just pick the trees up, or move them just enough to make sure every thing is in there, I try handle the kit as little as possible.
  9. Having a long overdue conversation
  10. This topic was talked about last night at the club meeting , our main model swap meet we hold three times year , is held at loction that is I think 1300 square feet, it gets very cramped in there, and during the peek hours, can be very hard to walk , let alone look at whats for sale, and like what was already posted , you know who has not showered in a while. I had to laugh out loud at the comment about walking around four times, I do that every time , I will circle and circle and look at the same kits a half a dozen times
  11. I agree 100% Bob, the ones that you can find , the sellers are asking close to $100.
  12. @Geoff , that was good @Bill AKA Ace , I think it might be random, but , give it a shot, you might get lucky @ Atomicholiday, yes, but masking was a pain in the you know what, kept getting hair in the paint @Tom, its funny you mention cars, she is always trying to follow me out to the garage , loves getting in my car if its parked in the garage , we back it in after grocery shopping and she will jump inside the trunk .
  13. Try using hobby paints , Krylon Fusion paint is not made for plastic that is used for model kits, its made for the type of plastic used in outdoor stuff , if you dont want to use hobby paints, maybe try using a primer first.
  14. First HLJ box for the year To my surprise, it came with a cat
  15. Just to clear something up, its going to be a 2017 Model Year version, not 2016 From the link Casey posted
  16. Dont waste your time, these guys dont wanna hear the truth, or be presented with the facts, they just want to whine that times are changing and wont accept it because they are stuck living in some by gone era. Post #57 pointed out the reason why, even with a link to better explain it.
  17. I think I will stick with using my methods, they work, and they work fast, no need to for all that.
  18. Probably because they ran out of gas
  19. 2006 was the last for Revellogram
  20. My first car was 60's something Mercury something or other, the song by Adam Sandler "Ode To Car" was about my car, minus the puke in the back seat. Driving at night I used a zippo so I could see the speedo
  21. Its simple, we live in a day and age with the automobile, where we can have our cake, and eat it too. But you and me both know that most people here are going to go with option A.
  22. It makes it look like a toy in my opinion
