A good portion of the new Japanes kits are about the same price ,if not cheaper then new kits from Revell, never buy Japanese kits from US sellers, the import mark up is around $20 or more over the MSPR from Japan . But that is what makes HLJ "Private Wharehouse" option very nice, lets you build up a large shipment which makes the per item shipping very cheap, my last shipment I did cost me $64 , that was for 16 items, so I paid $4 per item to ship. What makes it nice is if you ship like P/E sets or decal sheets along with kits, those pretty much ship free

  19. Well, sure , its a chemical product, and chemicals break down over a period of time, but I suspect that it more to do with the type of paint.

  21. Hey Chuck, nice of you to post the pics , is it me ?, or the picture?, but it seems like the chrome is a little on the dull side, which that is not a complaint, as we all know , kit chrome is way to flashy in most cases
  22. Did not take that long , maybe 20 minutes of sanding, if you want to save yourself the sanding, get the 68 kit, it has a smooth roof, but you will still need the 69 for the front and rear pieces
