  1. How long are waiting before you handle the bodies after they have been painted?
  2. This a tough one, I am not sure, I want to pick both, hmm I think I am going to say real
  3. That is kind of cool, a rear engine Mustang spyder concept
  4. I have started a Petition to retool the body in the New 1990 Mustang kit LX 5.0 kit , here is the link, not sure if you can sign it through that, it seems to be geared towards social media Everytime this Petition is sign, an email is sent to Revell http://www.change.org/petitions/revell-inc-retool-the-body-in-the-1990-ford-mustang-kit I am going to lock this thread for the time being, I will leave it up to Harry or Casey to decided if this thread should be left open
  5. Thats what I have been trying to say, and have said a few times
  6. It shouldnt matter what the subject is, its should be done correctly, or as correct as doing something in scale can be made, but once again, Revell shows they really dont care , and thats what this says.
  7. Nice job
  8. I was thinking about the 91 LTD that the body is not very close to what it should look like, that's what I was calling overpriced, I am very sorry if I offended anyone
  9. Yes that is what I was asking, thats not to bad time wise
  10. Nice job Harry, how did this one take to build ?
  11. That is cool, very nice
  12. Best wishes
  13. Austin, welcome to the CBP, nice choice, I think you will be the first to do a rally car Doug, nice kit, I do want to get that kit
  14. Overall, the car is not in all that bad of shape, it could of been a lot worse, I think once you get it all fixed up , its going to be nice.
  15. Congrats Tomo, I hope you will be back soon, you should post a pic of it Juan, nice job on the decals, its looking good I have been working slowly on the 88-C this weekend, and here is what has been done front and rear suspension is almost done, still have some work left on the engine to do, brake rotors are installed, and the seat in place in the cockpit I know its hard to see, but the body has been painted , I used MM classic white lacquer and then after a day, masked and ready for the blue started to do the wheels, up first the white and the wheels with the chrome trim done, and in the tires with transfer on, I have since put some miro sol on them and sanded the mold line on tires
  16. You going to bring this to the CBP ?
  17. I agree, nice job on this
  18. I will be getting this one, but I think I will wait tell Hobby Lobby has it, I cant see spending what my LHS has the price at, close to $30
  19. http://www.galaxielimited.com/trailers.htm
  20. Mike, it was shown that it was a rope, not a cable, either way, it sucked that some fans did get hurt, and I hope the all a speedy recovery
  21. Bradley, I think we know what part of the problem is, well this is one of those new fangeled cars, and so because of that, it does not deserve the respect to do it correctly, but you and me both know that if this was a kit of something pre 70's, everyone would be poop bricks out if even the smallest detail was wrong. But going back to it being something of newer subject, when people that do build them, get a new kit, and its wrong, and we voice our concerns, we are told to just suck it up and deal with it, but if you or I would of said that over the Hudson kit, or the Olds kit or something along those lines , we would be nailed to a cross and burn alive
  22. I going to say it again, contact Revell, dont hope someone from Revell is going to stumble upon this thread, the more people that contact them over this kit, the better chance that something good may come from it
  23. Guessing no one was buying there over priced resin products , good question , I am sure someone knows
  24. I did some math, and between pre orders so far from Aoshima(6) Tamiya(1) Fujimi(1), I am at $150 , thank god they dont all get released at one time
