  3. Been working on this, just forget to get the pics posted, almost done with the chassis here is the engine, still have a few things left to do, but I am thinking about just gluing the hood shut to be honest and the interior, I should of used a little darker tan, I also switched steering wheels, I took one from a AMT Dodge van and added a the gear shifter and turn signal stalk, not sure if I how they both look And I stripped the chrome, and sprayed the grills with aluminum and then did a wash and the wheels , these are from the 70 Roadrunner kit, so this is posing a challenge, the wheels are 1/24th, the kit is 1/25th, and trying to find a set of tires that will fit the wheels and not be to big on the car .
  4. I think that it is another way to tell you that you have looked in that thread.

  6. Engine is done, just have some small details to paint working on the interior I decided to lower the suspension, with it having working suspension, it made easy, here is the stock ride height and the lowered height and the body with a few coats of clear

  9. Dont forget Texas DPS, they had both slick top and bar cars, they used both jetsonic and force 4lp bar, AZDPS did use some jetsonic bars as well, I think you are right, I did a little bit of digging, and can not find any slicktops, I did see some, but they are restored , so I am not going to by that. I think Danno might know a little bit more CHeck out this link James http://www.sspmustan...40th_Friday.htm
  10. Smart move, if you can live with half or no engine, its the best choice,I am not sure if the Tamiya version has a full engine or not
  11. Chuck, I built one a few years ago, and it has some major fit issues, for me, it was the chassis to body, and well the two did not want to join up in peace, its a junk kit, it will take a lot of work to make it fit right
  12. If you want to build a Enzo kit, throw the Revell kit in the trash and get the Tamiya one
  13. Looks good Rick
  14. Thanks Ray
  15. Same here, even when I was kid/teen, I always love the sunday paper, and that lasted up tell I would say a a few years ago
  16. Here is the Aoshima's version of the Aventador , this one has more engine detail and the doors work. I used Scale Finish's Lambo Arancio Argos. I had a few issues with this one, one of them being the gas cap door went missing, so I had to make one, overall , I am not happy with how it turned out
  17. Steve thanks for taking the time to post all the pics
  18. I dont think I have asked you this before, but what did you enjoy doing more? FF or LE? I am pretty sure after all that time you have a lot of story's to tell, I know I have heard a few already
  19. Add to that list AZ DPS used the Stang as well, I dont recall if they had slick tops, need to look into that Look at the at the box art of the Mustang, and the front bumper, and the plate that is there, its not a US plate

  22. There was or is somewhere online that gave a list of what the cars in the game where to real life, I think the closet thing that will come close is the Buick GSX , or something along those lines, you are going to have to do a lot of scratch building to make a model of that, remember, its not a real car Edit, ok I was not close
