  1. Is there a clearance section at hobby lobby?
  2. Its hit and miss, some deals are good, some are not
  3. I agree with that, I am not a collector, I see no point in collecting kits, there were made to be built, I buy, I build. I have three kits that I bought last September that I have not built yet, those are the only kits that I have that have been sitting there that long unbuilt. I see no point in buying a model kit and never building it, unless it was bought for parts.
  4. Most RCMP cars do not have spot lights and push bars, some do have both or one or the other, what did you pay for it?
  5. And kit is that?
  6. This is what came today First is some 2012 NASCAR decal sheets and then this
  7. Ebay can be cheaper then the Japan hobby stores, it just depends on the kit, but yes I agree that 1999.co aka hobby search and hobby link Japan are both good place's to buy them from
  8. Sure it will
  9. I like the gun metal, what did you use? If I get off my butt, I will get some pics, of my boring white trucks
  10. Vice versa, I would love to subscribe to TopGear magazine, but at around $130 is a little to much for me
  11. Rob, you must have a very big stash of kits if you need to use a spreed sheet to keep track of them
  12. Pretty much all the place's that have been mentioned in here is where I buy kits from, I rarely buy kits from LHS, I buy about 95% of my kits from ebay, with zero problems . I buy from tower hobbies when I can use a discount code, like free shipping or $10 off, I just bought the Aston Martin DBS from tower, used the $10 off, so that made shipping free, and I used the easy pay option for the heck of it too. I have not seen Amazon mentioned yet, but you guys should start looking on there as well, I was able to get Revells 2010 Camaro ss for $19. that included shipping, I check there now for kits I am wanting to get
  13. Mike, I have not clear coated after polishing yet, I clear coat first to give me a little bit more protection for burn through. Wait I take that back, I have, I used future, but the few times I did , it crack every where
  14. The price's are not that much better online for them
  15. After watching one of the episodes for the lastest TopGear UK series, I want to get the Ferrari 250 California kit, but all the ones I am coming across what around $50 for it, not sure if I want to spend that much on it, there are other kits that I want more then that one that cost about the same or a little less.
  16. Andy, now why should Harry be ashamed of himself ? , I have updated the date and time on the camera . Well it got windy here and the mustang body hit the ground, and some paint chipped off, oh well, it was a practice body. Just practice like I am doing, I am still having some issues, like air bubbles, or debris, cant tell for sure.
  17. So what ever you dont make your self a replica of any Mercedes Benz car, or they will come find you and crush it http://www.topgear.com/uk/car-news/mercedes-destroys-300sl-gullwing-2012-03-22
  18. very nice Mike, nice and shiny, this may sound like a dumb question, I thought you could not clear coat after you polished?, if so what type of clear can you use?
  19. Harry, everytime I switch batterys in the camera, I forgot to reset the date and time Just to prove I am not BSing, here is a pic I took of your post pointing that out
  20. You are right Harry, you cant beat that
