Right, thats why I said planning on, they gotta keep the waters clam with Ford for the rest of the year , the only way I see someone other then Dodge producing engines would be a big team, and I dont think RPM is big enough to do in house engines for Dodge. They are not making engines now as it is. I think there are two dominos that need to fall, first being who is going to produce the Dodge engine before the second domino of what team is going to switch to fall. maybe, but I could be wrong

Right now, RPM ( Richard Petty Motor sports) is saying that they have no plans to switch . The big problem facing Dodge and getting teams to switch, is that there is only one team that has a Dodge engine department, and that is Penske, so as of now , when Penske leaves, so does Dodges engine program. So there has been a little talk about Dodge having to do what Toyota does and have their own in house engine department that makes the engines for the teams. We wont see any teams switch tell some sort of engine program for Dodge has been put into place

Right now, there is only one Team going to be running the Dodge Charger for next year, with Penske going to ford, Dodge is saying that they have teams that are interested in running Dodge next year. But as of now, there will be only one Charger on the track next year.

I dont remember any extra parts being in the kit that did not go with the car, but its been more then ten years since I last built one

I am very excited about 2013, with the body styles, I really like the design of the 2013 Charger cup car, its really close looking to the street version. I like it better then I do the 2013 Ford Fusion design. Chevy will not using the Impala in 2013, but they have yet to name the nameplate they are using, only stating that its going to be a new car to the lineup. I really think that with the new design of the cup cars, will help NASCAR alot, its something that has been lacking, the cars not looking like the street versions.

I love Model Master lacquer line, I like using them more then I do Tamiya paint at times, I wish that the color line was larger. Model Master lacquer goes on smooth for the most part, well some of the colors do. I have also agree with Dave about the enamels, I wont touch testor's enamels with a 10ft pole, well least not for any body painting, even the Model Master side enamels are bad.

You might want to has this thread moved to the truck section of the forum, better chance's of getting help
