  1. I've had great results with Dupli Color. A couple different combos, their straight black primer will come out semi, sometimes I may topcoat with semi gloss clear to protect, and offers a slightly different sheen. Also have used flat black with semi clear, maybe even their semi gloss black for another option. A bonus, I've used semi clear over grey primer to achieve a vinyl or leather look.
  2. That does look pretty cool! At certain angles, I actually wonder what a 2-3" chop would do for it? Tires look amazing!
  3. I have one, I thought of maybe making masks, or designing and precutting decals, possible to cut thin sheet stryrene. Wait til black Friday...
  4. I plan on being here tomorrow, lots to sell. Kits, die cast, parts, etc.
  5. I had a tube of Squadron once that seperated or never mixed properly to begin with. I had to through it out. The Tamiya is nice, but in any kind of larger areas or in needs of any thickness, it shrinks alot....In my experience. Also use the spot putty for small areas, even used light Bondo for heavier sculpting.
  6. I may have that chrome tree, let me check later.
  7. Saturday September 21,2019....8am-4pm. Check out there site for details! I will be there with a couple tables full of kits, parts, built ups, and Hot Wheels. Hope to see you there!!! Karl
  8. I'm thinking one of two or the combination of both. I've noticed some paints have a window for re coat, you miss that and you have to wait 24 -72 hours. I don't think I would consider clearing much of anything 2 hours after any paint job.
  9. Why is Gravity Paint out?
  10. Not sure where the upgrade stands, but I haven't been getting any notifications for a couple weeks now. Also, thanks for the hard work!!
  11. Was this ever released, I'm not on facebook and I don't see it on the website?
  12. What about using the wire, but painting it with a metal color ( gunmetal or lighter) to make it appear thinner? Also, piano wire that I use when building slot cars and models is much more rigid.
  13. Also helps to post a picture of what you are looking for.
  14. Most are built, but generally nicely done. Either need finished or some could use a better paint job
  15. Got these Tuesday, and the McLaren today
  16. Shucky.... Mike Deluco
  17. Acquired these at the PA show. The Novas and Coronet boxes have double bodies, misc. parts. These will be parted out. Gas pumps from the diorama kit.
