  2. very nice looking Cruiseliner Thomas
  3. really really cool truck and trush
  4. Amen to that! never thought in this direction buddy. That sounds like a real challenge!
  5. Give me a second and i will take the measure its 55mm.
  6. both have their goods and bads. sure. But i always liked the amt more than the Revell. Opening doors, chromtrim molded - thats it, what counts for me. and of course, i love this old kit often more than the new ones. with more time (look at Bill's B e a u t i f u l Convertible!) on it, it will be a very nice result.
  7. i accept the Body parts painted as a custom . i also accept the Goal you wanted to this built! But (my opinion!), the rubber around the Windows...i think, Color will have no liability
  8. Yes, it is big. i have the first issue...not started yet, it needs more time as a "simple" car-kit i build If you're interested, here is a >link< to "Whats in the box" from mine.
  9. cool racer!
  10. the colors you choosed are beautiful Cruz. Like your super clean work. my only question is, why you haven't worked on the bumpers? remove the casting fins, new paint with alclad...you know what i mean?
  11. Thanks! Christian, Jürgen - you are right. i thought about Change the sidewindows or cut them away. The Thing was, i had a deformed windowframe (also my last two convertibles i'm working on)...i thought, i couldn't fix it without that fat parts. i was wrong. Christian... on the Christmas-clubmeeting i will carry it with me - sure. so i thought, its enough i showed you on this short visit
  12. looking great! well done!
  13. totally agreed. Buddy,...thats a b e a u t y. Color is perfect.
  14. ´'cause i'm a euro-guy...would be interesting what you heavy-metal and musclecarmaniacs perform in Magic if you lay your Hands on it! thats my favorite order: 4. Euro Cannonball - no US vehicles, race will be held in Europe 2. Supercars and Concept cars. also like the offroad-challenge! Whats about an "Import-riceburner"-challenge?
  15. my alltime Favorite kit. like your Details and the higes - thats a pretty good idea! But, where is ll the black rubber around the Windows, Spoiler, bumpers? I miss those...make it more realistic looking.
  16. Thank you for sharing Dann! I'm hunting for this kit a Long time...hard to get. I like this Lamborghini. Very very nice. love it!
  17. same thoughts i had...AMAZING!
  18. x2 The Details under the Hood are 1+++. i'm only missing some Color on the rear sidemarkers
  19. Rob, for the completed-builts-thread...how many pictures do you allow to post? i think, it is better to post "only" two pictures (siedefront/sideback) in the poll and under the pictures a link to the gallery. it will be a better overview - my opinion.
  20. Here it is - my entry for the Cannonballrun 2015 "Sleeperball" Based on a Tamiya Bug, i changed the engine to a Porsche 356, lowered the suspension, shortened the front axle. Wheels are Sparewheels from the Fujimi Porsche 911 kits, painted with alclad. Exportbumpers changed to standarts from the RoG Bug. Goodies are sliding roof, one-piece-windows, quarterlights in the rear, turnsignallights in the headlights. Classic two-tone paintjob yellow/white, white interieur. Thanks for passing by
  21. coooool Ray! like the stuff in the bed
  22. i missed that Beauty? can't believe...Looks awesome and super clean. Wow!
  23. Thank you very much for Kind comments! You're right Carl. they did. i took the wirings i always use on my builts...hmmm...american iron engines are bigger for the rear quarterlights i built a frame inside (painted black rubber). the "glass" is thin clear sheet from a packaging of razor blades. i took the form from the glass, cut it out. the chromtrim is painted with a pen from Eding. then i glued them on the b-pillar. the locking is a part of a shockabsorber i had on the bench. the one-piece-window is the same material. the sunroof is a tissue. cut in size and soaked in glue-water. to give it the correct form of the Roof, i took another Body and made it on it. i gave it the "for waves" and let it dry on the other body. as it was dry, i brought it back in the shape of the Roof and glued it on two Roof struts i mounted before. at last, i painted the Roof with tamiya semigloss black.
  24. thank you very much for Kind comments. i appreciate it
