No, actually he got the 2nd one. I got the first one! An some guy on the bay got the other! They're REAL nice Ken, separate chassis, front and rear suspensions, SEPARATE, NOT molded in! It's a REAL nice kit DON'T be afraid to get one!

Rick, Eric Jones(Porky) runs P & P Resins out of Mocksville,N.C. He IS a member here, and an ALL around REALLY GREAT guy! I've talked with him on the phone at lenght, an he's just flat out cool! The kit of the 442 is about 40 bucks if I remember correctly. You get everything but the glass an chassis. I just used both from the 65 GTO kit by AMT. But Bill's got a good idea about useing the 66 442 stuff from AMT kit too. Get a hold of him right here thru the forum, He's a great person to deal with, an just a great person! You'll like him!

Bill, i got that same kit from Eric,too. I like the idea of usein the 66 E/C for it, but I'll probably go with the original E/C as it comes. I'm useing a 65 GTO chassis and glass, but the 66 chassis sure sounds like a BETTER way to go. Glad your doin this ol Bud, it'll save ME alot of hassle!!! All I gotta do is watch an learn!!! Thanks!

SHE made me get rid of it!(Too many speeding tickets!) But since I sleep with HER and NOT in the car, it was just one of those, Damed if ya do, damed if ya don't! So it's just a GREAT/sorry memory for me! STILL MISS/LOVE that car! Oh well.......

I just went downstairs to compare the chrome with the original AMT kit, and I noticed the front roll pan is seperate on the AMT kit, but molded in and chromes on the Revell kit. On the 1:1 Impala's that lower pan was actually a Silver or Argent color. Not that THAT will keep me from gettin a couple of 'em, but it might be a problem if ya need or want to paint it. Won't stop me.

This bad boy's even been on TV! ONLY thing I saw "wrong" was NO PEOPLE! But the photographer who TOOK the pictures AND built it, said he didn't want anything to take away from the focal point, which, of course is the cars!!! I particularly liked the pic's in front of the house.Those just seem to be TOO realistic! Like outta the old Twiight Zone episode! 'Where is Everybody"??? Just an OUTSTANDING job!!!
