  1. Mr Obssesive Eagle Eye?
  2. Jeeze Bill, I hadta run downstairs an pull these kits out ta check 'em out, an Durned if'n ya ain't RIGHT! You coulda been a sharpshooter in the Corp. Bro! That's just a little ol thing ta notice, but YOU did! Good note. I sure do like that GTX from Danbury Mint, it MAY be this years Christmas present from Joy!
  3. Marsh, I'm assumeing it's the 1/25th scale box that comes in the kit? The give away, to me, at least, is the way the picture cracked at the folds on the box lid. Thanks for showing this, I might have a way to prevent that....or not! But anyway, it came out pretty good. Did you use Macro-zoom to shoot it? I looked for some other reference points in the pic to gauge it's scale, but I might not have looked hard enough. Looks good.
  4. Lee, that's kinda unfair to the other younger members of our forum,I know it wasn't meant to be, but it's each individuals actions that should determine that individuals strength of word. To lump them all in one group, because of their age, isn't fair to the guys/girls who DON'T have a tradeing problem. I don't know the reason behind Kev's problems, it's none of my buisness,But I'm glad he let me know he's tellin folks! (Sounds almost like he's admitting to an addiction!)
  5. George, ta get the REAL BLOOD CURDLEIN ACTION that this here game provides, ya really should vote early AND often!( I threw that'n in fer Harry, ) That way you can go the WHOLE WEEK jus wondrin if ya got ol Harry! And on Friday, you can finallly get ALL the stress off'n your'n shoulders an RELAX, chill out, and start wondrin wat he's gonna come up for Monday's R or M!!!!!!!!
  6. Hey Jurg, waz up?? Good ta see ya back at it! Sure is ALOT more peaceful than chasein bad guys eh? This ones got that "look" to it already. Must be the stance. It even looks aggressive! Bet it'll be just as cool as the rest Daddy-O. What color you thinkin on? The wheels look good, a nice coat of color should do wonders for it! Keep us posted on this one Jurg, It'll be GREAT!!!
  7. Mornin Mike, AND Harry! I trust you BOTH slept well, and are WELL rested. So Big Daddy, wats it gonna be??? I'm still goin with REAL, but it's nice to hear the arguments against it! I thought the antena was real lookin and THAT'S wat I based my assumption on. True, as Bill mentioned you CAN get antenas in scale, but THAT one looks a LITTLE TOO TRUE to scale! I'm just a waitin on ya Daddy-O. Am I cruisin up there with the Angels, OR have I Crashed and Burned???
  8. Naw Jeff, He's still here, still in Flint. Mustangs thinkin of Steve Kohler over ta Star Models. He sells R&R kits, but he doesn't cast them.
  9. Stump, My Man, you really gotta hook up with Harry for Real or Model! Your shot of the Blue Motion Camaro is one of the best shots around! This one's just as good! It sure LOOKS real!Give it a try, I'm sure you could fool at least a few guys!!!
  10. Ern, those sound like the tires that MPC used to put in some of their kits. They were like competition tires, looked like wide road racey type tread pattern? I THINK they may have come in MPC's series of hot rod trucks. Lil Firetruck, Lil C-cab,etc,etc. But I do remember them in the old MPC kits of the day.
  11. Pete, most likely it's the old MPC undersized kit. It would be nice to have an ACCURATE 69/70 kit in 25th scale. I really don't know which one it is, but I'd guess that one is it.
  12. I REALLY like this color Ross, what is it? Nice build!
  13. Real Nice build, Ross! I really noticed that paint Daddy-O! What kind is it? It LOOKS like a Metalflake, but I've never seen one quite like it! It's different,to say the least, I like it! I gotta check out your other post.
  14. Awrite Rick!!! The Charger was a real trooper in that flick! Just too bad it had ta bite it in the end! Now all ya gotta do is the Mustang and the Chally! Qwik, wat were the girls who bit the big one drivin? The car Stunt man Mike hit?
  15. Yep, It's the SAME lil orange nightmare I remember! Guess I'll just hafta butch up an go for it! THANKS for the pics!!!
  16. Thanks for the reply Bob. Yeah, it WAS a trickie lil rascal the first time I tried it, I was just hopein I could do a better job THIS time around! If I can find one around here, I'll try it, if not,I guess I'll never know!
  17. Jay, when I was a kid, one of my sister's boyfreinds had one of these. It came out of Berger Chevrolet, up in Lansing, and it was a MONSTER!!! I useta LOVE to see him come over,an he'd take me up to A&W's with them. I sure missed him when she dumped him!
  18. Viz, Model Round-Up is takein pre-orders right now. He say's he only allowed a limited amount, so, the pre-orders. Check 'im out.
  19. Guys, just got an update from the "Model Round-Up" site, an Jacks talkin about the NEW Lindburg release of this kit in 25th scale. Does anyone know if this is a re-pop of the old MULTI-PIECE Pyro kit? Mine was molded in orange plastic, But I don't know if it was made in other colors. Anyway, with a little patience, it didn't build up too bad. I think I could do a little better job now. I was wonderin if it was, as I'd like ta try it again!
  20. Mike, didja check out the weld marks on the muffler? Yeeesh!
  21. Scott, Try Pegusus Hobbies. It's run by a bunch of lowriders guys an they got ALOT of that kinda stuff.(Stereos,Amps Speakers) They REALLY look good too Daddy-O, Does someone got a website for Pegusus Hobbies? I think Mr.BIGGS might carry their stuff too.
  22. Stw, I like the pic of the red one parked at the base of the cliff! Are they R/C's? What are the motor/servo's? for? Anywho, they look nice, keep onna rollin Daddy-O!
  23. That's a NICE kit for a Semi-snapper ain't it? Yours came out REAL nice. Nice thing about it is, he can roll it around an play with it, as true modelers are known to do Nice clean build, looks good!
  24. Not to TRY to disagree with you Art, But I had a 69 MPC Camaro annual,in 69, and it was NOT some re hashed body. It was a VERY nice kit! It was, to me at the time a VERY WELL molded kit too.Better than the AMT kit, in my opinion. That junk AMT put out AFTER they aquired MPC is a JOKE! I still say the ORIGINAL 69 Camaro annual by MPC was a VERY NICE kit, that I wouldn't mind havein again. BUT you can throw the re-issued kit away, as IT IS a peice of junk!
  25. Well Greg ol Man, I jus gotta call em as I see em! Your GOOD, I don't see no harm in tellin you.It don't go to your head, like some guys. Heck your JUST as good, if NOT BETTER that alot of guys I have the privildge of calling freinds. You got NO big head from all these killer builds you've done, like some guys get, you don't preach about how hard it was to do, you just DO IT!(like the Nike commercial ) That says ALOT. The craftsmanship that goes into your builds just SHOWS! Plus ya live down unda in PARADISE! Yeesh, after seein the pics of the house and the 'hood, jeeze I want to live there too!!! Hey, tell ya wat, let Mum know I'm comin, an I'll help ya build an addition for all the models!!!
