  2. Dan, What you MUST realize is that the Cap'n is comin from someplace near MARS! (He's NOT kidding either!) So he may be tired from ALL that interplanetary travel! I'll try ta get him on the 'ol Ruby wireless an see if he'll drop in for ya, but I can't PROMISE anything, cas he MAY not get the message due to the duststorms on Mars right now.It IS duststorm season ya know.
  3. Pretty Neet B-Rad! Makes ya wonder how they make em. They are pretty cool,Thanks.

  7. DUHHHHHHHHH. Thanks Dave. You know, I worked at Fleetwood,Fisher Body Plant in Detroit for 11 years before I transfered to Poletown, Det/Hamtramck Cadillac Ass.Div.Just before you went out the front doors of the Fleetwood Plant, there was a showcase where they would put the competeing designs on display. I had TOTALLY forgoten about them till you mentioned it! Thanks fer joggin the ol noggin!!!
  8. Ben, the black background is sticky, an the PE parts stick to it. You have to peel them of and apply them with the glue/adhesive of your choice. But that pre-sticky idea IS pretty cool!
  9. El, ALL Chrysler R(383) and RB(440) and Hemi blocks have the distributor located at the front of the engine. The LA series engines(340 360) had it located in the rear. It just MAY be a tricked out 340! Either way,it looks good!
  10. Welcome Greg, Fisher Body was a coach building firm before it became an assembly division of G.M. They built bodys for different G.M. Plants. If you could be more specific, such as WHAT make/body style your working on ,it would make it alot easier! But you HAVE come to the RIGHT PLACE, somebody here has the answer!
  11. Dave, I got that kit too, but got SOOOO frustrated with the doors, I glued 'em shut! Couldn't get em to swing out properly.Made me crazy! That was QUITE a while ago, maybe, if you haven't scooped em all up, I can find another one an try it again! Your build looks good so far, jus keep on arollin Brother!
  12. Dwayne, it's NOT delivered by P.E. It's brought over by some lil Hawaiian dude, with BIG ARMS in one of them outrigger canoe thingies! THAT'S why we were gettin 'em so weird. I'm THINKIN Gregg mighta got the lil hawaiian dude a GPS, cas they really have been comin on time as of late. Gee ,technology, ain't it grand?

  17. Jeeze Virge, couldnt ya find a rattier car ta pick? A B-5 blue Challenger T/A six pack? Now that's just not believeable. It LOOKS REAL enough, but even here in Deetroit, where folks is kinda jaded about ol muscle cars, a car like that would NEVER be left exposed to the elements like that! Good hypothetical build though. It LOOKS GREAT. Do ya find 'em like that in Flahduh? Cause they shore ain't found like that 'round here!!!
  18. Geeze Greg, it looks like you'd need a Chilton's manual ta build this thing! It's lookin like a million bucks so far! One of these days, when I make it down ta Dragalogalong, you'll DEFINATELY hafta give me a ride in that BAD BOY!!!
  19. Looks period correct ta me! I'd put it at about 68. Real NICE lookin build! I LIKESES IT!!!
  20. When ya gotta pay a milliom bucks for one their cars, how can they claim a spending cap? Aren't they getting ENOUGH for one of their rides? Ferarri's been the top dog for so long, they NEED to let a better car win thru quality built cars than with money! Where's Porsche to thro the first shovel full 'o dirt?
  21. Thanks Mike, I feel MUCH safer now! Your TOO good to me! I also got both those addy's down. Thanks!!!
  22. I've been hearing about this Smooth On for little while here, now. Where can you get it? Is it expensive? Can you get a "Sample/Starter"kit? Is it a 2 part mix, like Micro-Mark? Do they have a web-site? Thanks!
