  1. Wat scale waz it supposed to be? The Charger, I mean.
  2. But isn't it a Revell kit? Did it come with a FULL body, or do you have to attach the sides, like the old Palmer kits? I've never seen that particular kit.
  3. AND,if ya live on his way home, he'll DELIVER!!! (Sorry, Kev, but I just HAD ta throw that out there!)
  4. I had one that I sold, it was an AMT without an opening hood. This one has an ENGINE! Too COOL! I'd like to find one of these little rascals! It sure wouldn't get sold or traded! Yours came out REALLY NICE!
  5. Well, when it does, Imma gettin one for sure!!!!!
  6. WOW! Now THAT'S a NICE lookin Lincoln! I wonder does it come with an interior an dash? Or how much it is.
  7. Actually, they're useing a 460 block to repro the Boss 429. Soooo, I'd guess you could put the standard 460 OHV heads on the 429 block, and you'd be good ta go. Use regular ol 427/8 or 9 Ford heads, on the block. It should pass for a stock block.
  8. Man, don't even BOTHER with THAT GARBAGE! IF he's the ONLY one who has Lincolns, you might as well say they AREN'T available!!!! STAY FAR AWAY from that JUNK!!!!!!
  9. As much as I DISLIKE the bay, I gotta admit I do use it. I got a 70 Roadrunner AND GTX by JoHan from it, both my MPC's 70 and 71 Cuda's( one I got from my buddy Kelli Chrome) An quite a few more very wanted models. BUT I STILL get my BEST deals from goin to the NNL's around here. I go to Sylvania every year since 08, and we have a BIG toyshow twice a year at MCCC which I always attend.
  10. I didn't know anyone MADE a Bricklin. I went with REAL!
  11. Harry, will this be a monthly thing? Is the magazine going to go computer now too?
  12. Bill, Mikes Scale Motors sells Scale Coachworks 70 Dodge swinger. It's a VERY nice kit(so nice I bought two!) and Kenny, Over at Bandit Resins has a 71 Plymouth Scamp, which is also a nice kit! (I have it also) both need the 68/69 Dart kits to finish them, but they are both very nice kits. Check them out.
  13. Nick, WHATEVER you do, WEAR GLOVES!!!! that is some NASTY stuff, Nick, and it WILL eat the skin on your hands! Use gloves EVERYTIME you mess with this stuff. I wouldn't lie to you.
  14. WHY would EVERYONE FINALLY getting along here be a nightmare?????
  15. Glad ta see one built! This would make a GREAT race car hauler!!! :D
  16. You got the 375's Lo-Lo! Those rascals are JUST as nice as I said, aren't they?!
  17. And here I'm thinkin of turning it BACK into a regular stagecoach! Yours looks REALLY cool!
  18. How very humbling, when you think of it. But it IS true, no matter how good you THINK you are, there IS someone BETTER.
  19. Jeeze, I'm not even a big fan of this genre of model, but the detail of the"Gasser" all the way down to the drool, is TOO COOL! So I guess I should re evaluate my taste, cause when properly done, they can be VERY interesting models. GREAT job!
  20. So VERY sorry for your loss,John. I pray thay Almighty God eases your and you families suffering. God Bless you all, Rest in peace, Mr. Shull.
  21. Those louvres are directional, meanig theres a left side AND a right side. I know of NO current model kits that are like that! The fact that it'sa wagon, and those louvres are unique makes finding them LIKE that are very slim. MAYBE you can,as was suggested, scribe them into the fender tops with a scribe. Lay a tape line at the top and bottom. and with a pencil, draw the lines in, then try to scribe on the pencil lines. It will take a pretty steady hand, but with some patience, and time, you should be able to do it.
  22. That's ONLY caz your talkin with the WRONG people. ALL Z-28's from 67/69 ran 302's ONLY. THAT was the Z's ONLY engine for those years! In 701/2 they bought out the LT-1 for the Z, and THAT became the standard engine, you COULD NOT order a different motor in the Z, EVER.
  23. As the owner of a 75 Monte, it looks like the real thing Bro! It came out VERY nice!!!!
  24. Unless of course they were 4 spds. Then they were on the floor.
