  1. I have never liked the 70 Chevelle, but THIS car sure does make the exception!!! I think the chop and color make ALL the difference in the world!!! You did a KILLER job on this rascal!!!VERY NICE, and WELCOME to the Forum!!!!
  2. If it only holds ONE person, why does it need TWO bikes? How does he see OVER the bow plane? He looks to be sitting pretty low in the cockpit to see over it. Just a rich mans toy. I'd rather have a airplane.
  3. See if you can find some Drag Radials for the front tires. It DOES look like it'll be MEAN lookin!!!!
  4. Steve's right Joe. AND MCW's stuff is really good! AMT popped the Grand Prix for 64 AND the Bonneville too, but I think MCW's is the ONLY Catalina available.Don't be afraid to order one though, caz MCW'S stuff IS top notch. I've ordered quite a few of their bodies and i have yet to be dissapointed!!!
  5. Did you move the rear wheels BACK to thier proper location??? It came out GREAT!!!!
  6. Iknow, I know.... Pick ME,pick ME!!!!!
  7. As long as you still post your fantastic builds, you got no problems from me, Bro! Good Luck!!!
  8. Just ask, Bro, and it'll be done! I've added you's BOTH to my prayer list!
  9. Used ta see him run his V-8 Chevy powered bike at Detroit Dragway!! E.J. Potter! The Michigan Madman!!! Rest in Peace,E.J.
  10. THANKS, Skip and Tony! Greatly appericiated! Gonna give Prop Shop a call before I drive all that way! Thanks again!!!
  11. Beautifully done model, of a beautiful car!!! GREAT job!!!
  12. WHERE can you find it? Our LHS closed up, and I've never seen it to know what it looks like. Can someone run a pic of it, and where it can be purchased? Is it able to be mailed thru the postal system? Thanks!!!
  13. Only 24th, 25th choppers I know of are Monograms 24th scale Huey, Army, and Swiss rescue versions, and Airfix's Auto Gyro, and the little MD 500 Loach, by I THINK Hasagawa, but I'm not totally sure if that's the maker. All are pretty nice. I'd LOVE ta see some decals for choppers in this scale!!!
  14. THANKS Tommy!! It had been down for so long I deleted it from my favorites list!!! I'll go add it back on, Bro! THANKS!!!!
  15. Plus, I don't think Emodelcars is on line anymore.
  16. This is SUCH a cool ride!!! You nailed this rascal like a hammer!!! I 'specially like the air horns on the nner fender!!! Just TOO COOL!!!! :D
  17. WOW, Tulio, you sure know how ta make an entrance! You did a GREAT job on this big ol boat! I had a neighbor who had a new one in 67 with a 427 and you nailed that rascal good! Theirs had a black vynil roof, but other than that, you got it down! Even to the chrome on the seatbacks!!! VERY nice build brother, very nice. And WELCOME to the forum!!!!!
  18. Chuck, I've got this inna Hubley box, and it's molded in black.
  19. Actually,I have to agree with Harry, even IF it IS a die cast,it's STILL a model. I wanted a 41 Chevy coupe, there was one made by Testors, a Die cast, all I did was strip it, repaint it and made it the way I wanted it. It looks pretty nice too. THEN RMR comes out with a Steve Zimmerman mastered coupe, and I bought and am working on it. It IS resin, but hey, it's STILL a MODEL of a 41 Chevy coupe. Some of us enjoy building JUST TO DO IT, so what difference does it make about what media it's made from?
  20. Actually, Harry, It's a REAL nissan JOKE!!!!
  21. Alan Raab makes the Toro trans in 25th scale, I sent him the masters an he popped a few of them for me. He still has the masters an will do them for ya if you want. They came from the old JoHan Eldorado kits(Same tranny as the Toro's) HTH.
  22. I was just admireing this build again, an noticed just how nicely the line of the fastback roof matches the sculpture line on the sides of the Cougar. Just an all around NICE lookin conversion. VERY nice, AGAIN!!!!!!
  23. I just use Ambroid liquid glue. No hassle an unless ya drink the stuff, it's safer and MUCH easier to use. But that's just me. To each his/her own.
  24. If it's a REcreation of a REAL car, does that constitue it being a MODEL??? This ones real to me. I mean as in being a real driveable car.
  25. Unless it was done by the owner, ALL chrysler products came with a body colored engine compartment. At least all the ones I've seen from the factory have been(at least the Musclecars did).
