About them I own 3 pro star kit's all bought new for less than $60.00 each! Not going to pay over 100.00 for a 1/24 because as I said before there are complaints about the frame/engine not being correct for most of the trucks.

Though it would be a nice item to add to my collection, but I can't see it being worth that price! Geez that's near triple the cost of a amt 1/25 semi!!! I recently bought the GMC Titan 95 for $32.95, and last Thursday 3 International 4300's for under $60.00. I've read on here that the 1/24 rigs pretty much share frames/suspension ,and engines. The ( AMT)ERTL IH kit's IMHO are much better detailed at a better price point! Heck even the reissued payhauler 350 kit is near $30.00 cheaper than those two 1/24 semi's.......

Not at the two hobby shops I seen the AMT reboxed 1/24 truck's they were priced at $79.99 Vs the AMT Mack Cruise liner @ $39.99 each. Guess which I bought at the first of October! I would rather round 2 issue the remaining IH truck kit's such as: Transtar II, Paystar 5000 logger, S-series 2575, & 2674, and the 1/32 9670 eagle kit's !

The amt 1/24 truck will be going for near $80.00 each? Nope I won't be getting either one of them at that price! I can't see why they should be near double the price of a AMT 1/25 rig ..

Lima Ohio location had only the IH 4300,K123, showroom corvette, texaco tanker, and some space shuttles. That location is less 3 of the IH 4300's though as they followed ne home!

Well I'm glad that this car will have that option. I bought a resin copy before TM Resin closed. I got two on pre order with Tower hobbies, and so hopefully in the next few months I'll get them.

This one is on ebay at this time, so it's an original issued kit. If round2 indeed issues the "craftsman" that comes as this one did , it would be easy to add a engine. I wonder if the amt '60 chevy pickup's inline six could be made to work (fit) in one?

Anyone know if the hood is molded in or actually removeable on this kit. I seen an Original Craftsman's '63 Nova wagon which the hood is not molded on.

Yes, the Amt/Ertl 1/32 Trucks are super. I have the Coca-Cola Volvo with trailer, and the hood opens to show the engine. Ertl did that with the 9670 as well . Both rigs are nicely detailed that way Vs the Monogram 1/32 trucks. Also the Ertl, amt/ertl trucks have full rubber tires unlike the Monogram kit's that the tire has no back side wall's on.

Jim there were two issues of the 4300 eagle as well the Highway and a race truck. Should we also add any 1/32 Model trucks such as Ertl's International 9670 and the Volvo Coca-Cola truck w/trailer, And then there are the Monogram/revell 1/32 trucks as well as the even smaller AMT trucks..
