  1. Thanks Rob, That's what I needed to know....
  2. What is the expected wait time when you order a kit from them? I ordered the '68 Impala on Jan 30,2020.....
  3. I'm not taking them out of their package that's for sure! The hood is supposed to ope and the tail gate opens as well.. I have the stepside issue of the same truck also in red , and it also has a white roof...
  4. Looks to me like Denny Hamilin started the whole shabang Other wise Newman would have been the winner!
  5. Just bought the two copies they had at Wal-Mart of the 1975 Chevy fleetside pickup. I have copies of the '69 Impala wagons, two of the Big Buick wagon's , along with a '66 Impala , the '70 Impala ,And the stepside chevy pickup they make. Photo is the same truck's I bought today taken from a ebay sell ($19.95 each) I paid $5.33 for each at Wal-Mart!
  6. Over a week ago Gene Died, he help create MASH as well as write/direct .. Now You may not remember the name, Kellye Nakahara Who played Nurse Kelly on M*A*S*H passed away on Feb 16,2020
  7. "if" it were a "new" tooled wagon I'd go with '69 Impala wagon! Autoworld already makes these in 1/64 scale!!!
  8. Most were black. But if special ordered the frame could be the same color as the truck or a contrasting color. (IE white truck),blue, red, green ect frame. Multi color truck could have one the color's used in the paint work.
  9. If Round2 said that the wagon hasn't been issued in a long time I'd say that leaves out the '65 Lincoln as it was reissued just a few years back.
  10. I have to get the mirrors yet for it ,but otherwise it's done. The truck started out as a Transtar 4300, But after cutting the hood down It is now a 4200. The spare tire in the tow bed is a "firestone" tire that came in the Peterbilt tow truck kit.
  11. Well since everyone else wants to speculate, And since Round 2 reissued the 1/16 '55 Nomad. Maybe this will be the wagon ???
  12. Bought this locally a few month's ago. It started as the Chevy 3500 street machine kit , But I decided I wanted it as a stock GMC 3500, So I traded for a stock hood and tail lights. Then I used my Dramel to remove the engine/transmission off the Chassis plate . I added an engine, firewall, battery, and fluid bottles from a junk Chevy c-1500.
  13. Traded for these locally today. 1/32 Volvo Coca-Cola truck and trailer ( built decals needed to be put on) Revell '69 Camaro convertible, and a 1/64 Greenlight Olds vista cruiser wagon ( no photo of that).
  14. I myself will not speculate as to what wagon Round 2 will be issuing, I would like many of the Never made in styrene that have been posted on this,But I pretty well know that won't happen. People will get all up in arms about what wagon they issue , and will complain about this or that because it's an old tooling Ect.
  15. These are bottles used after '77 Still the light green glass.... ***Note the BAR Code*****
  16. The "Coke"bottles in the 1/25 cases represent the bottles in the first photo
  17. That along with these others were made from CHiPS
  18. A Revell body could be used from one of their issues Or a AMT one your choice, I'd use either the newest Kevin Harvick/Danica Patrick ford or the full detailed Chevy SS kit for the racing parts
  19. Challengers were used without Dodge's Help in the Nationwide series nascar races Up until about 5 or 6 years ago
  20. Since Revell went back in time to make a S&H '76 Striped tomato Torino . It makes one wonder why not bring out some other classic TV "Star"cars! 1. ADAM_12 Ran on tv from 1968-1975 which make quite a few Police cars that could be done in kit form. 2. Hawaii 5-O which ran from 1968-80, Jack Lords Mercury would be a welcomed site in 1/25 3. Hill street blues. Older Monoco's used from 1981-1987 4. The Andy Griffith show 1960-1968 Lot of ford police cars for that show! Any Other's that we can think of?????
  21. Got a '78 GMC . Sadly I dislike the after market crud such as the steering wheel, and intake Manifold. Wish they would at least give you a stock Steering wheel ect for these pickup's! any one know a source that would supply the stock steering wheel, ect.????
  22. Though I like the '77/78 GMC kit's There are a few things I dislike about them as well. One of the biggest is all the "after market" crud ! The steering wheel, intake manifold are to me Crud I don't want! I want a stock steering wheel, Intake manifold, carb and air cleaner added to these kit's! But Doubt Revell would ever do that. After market equipment is fine and all, but I want to build these as when they left the factory as a option to using the after market thing's... Just my two cents worth!
  23. I have two of the Auburn speedster's Both the Pyro (molded in red) and the Lindberg. The Auburn as bad as it is has been reissued where as the '68 and 69 Impala's haven't . Franklin mint also made a Auburn Speedster, But I don't recall any die cast being made of either the 68 or 69 Impala in 1/25 or 1/24 scale. Beside there are alot of others that haven't been reissued since they were out Originally. (IE) 66-69 Bonneville, 58 Ford Galaxie 500,59 &60 Edsel, just to name a few....
  24. Yea, O.K. He said the same thing for 2019! What we got was a below normal temps and lots of RAIN from April-June!!!!!!!
