  4. Ray, you asked for it. This is 1/3 of my collection. My wife really loves me
  5. Guys, The scale is 1:18 and some of the features are movable wipers, seats sun visors, real hood, doors and trunk hinges. Carpeted throughout, an underdash record player, gas cap behind the movable license plate and photo-etch grill and emblems. Rich, the Dodge hardtop will be out in the 4th quarter, but the red and with convertible is out now with a solid charcoal arriving in a couple of weeks. Prices run between $79.00 to $109.00, it pays to shop these. Dave, I have over 1000 1:18 in my collection. A cheap plastic shelving unit from Home Depot does the trick. These are beautifully done and worth the money. Their 58 Fords are outstanding.
  6. That is one beautiful Olds. Excellent craftmanship!!!!

  16. Beautiful build!!!
  17. This is the last of the great buys I got at Macungie swap meet last weekend. This AMX was a $10.00 gluebomb, was 90% complete. The only thing missing were the wheel and tires. I started on this one yesterday morning with 2 coats of Tamiya white primer and wet sanding. Next, 3 coats of Testors AMC Big Bad Blue Lacquer and 2 coats of Testors Wet Look Clear. The interior was done in semi gloss black and a boat load of BMF. Ray, now I can sleep.LOL Hope you like it. Al
  18. Thanks Rich, Bill and Raoul for the nice comments. Al
  19. Alan it's a one piece body with the hood molded in. I paid $40.00 for it at the swap meet, also have a 69 Lincoln 4 door coming and I'll be building that too.Al

  21. Thanks everyone for your nice comments. I decided to build all my collectors kits and refinish my promo to add to my replica stock collection. It's way too much fun building the old stuff. Al
  22. This one started out as a mustard yellow promo I bought last weekend the swap meet in Macungie PA. The body was primed with Dupli-color red primer. 3 coats of Dupli-color Candy Apple Red and 3 coats of Testors Wet Look Clear. The interior was painted semi-gloss black and the windows were tinted using Tamiya's Blue Clear. The wheels and tires came from Revell's 70 Torino GT kit. Had a lot of fun building one of the best looking Torino's IMO. Hope you like it. Al
  23. Excellent build. As a long time Lincoln owner, your build shows outstanding workmanship!!!
  24. Beautiful build Ray. Great color and finish!!!!
  25. Thank you everybody. I got this mint Maverick at Macungie car show this weekend for $20.00. I also got a mint 72 Torino promo for $40., that's already been painted Candy Apple Red today, but that's another project. Now I have to find a Pinto for "Bullit MPG the Sequel".
