  1. There were some really cool bicentennial editions from Ford pick ups to locomotives, everything was red white and blue.
  2. Agree on those steps, not sure why AMT modeled those as the were a very short lived design for 1972 I think, most shakers have the improved version. Only one I ever seen with them was a Freightliner show truck in pictures. The big trick to the multi piece cab is to blocksand the parts first to get the edges good and flat. You did a great job on a tricky kit.
  3. Does anybody remember all those great factory paint jobs from 1976 ?
  4. Nice! Busses are such a neglected modeling subject.
  5. I got to add New Zeland trucks in with Aussies as cool trucks.
  6. Cool! Aussies have really neat trucks. No wonder truck modeling is popular down there.
  7. Agreed b models are nifty no matter the set up.
  8. Cool stuff! My 04 4900 fa was a purple very close to Mopar plum crazy. Those special builds would make great projects. Moving is such a joy.
  9. Gonna be neat. I'm not a b model expert but I thought that radiator was a larger cooling option on the b 61. Also I thought the b 73 had the longer hood. Waiting for some progress pics.
  10. My Round 2 version came with the Good Years.
  11. As close to perfect as it gets, still impressed.
