  1. Great looking paint jobs fellas...Mine are mostly race cars but I'll share them anyway.
  2. I like it John.....Nice work on this vintage rail!
  3. Looks like it was a great show Jim and thanks for sharing the pics. I couldn't make it this time but I'll see you guys later this year.
  4. As Force stated you will probably have to source parts from various kits. I built this Super Gas type car several years ago (its similar to the Omni) and I used a modified Revell Pro Sportsman chassis (shortened and narrowed) with a scratchbuilt cage. There are many ways to go at this build and I hope you find the route that is easiest for you.
  5. Some beautiful builds in this thread fellas...I'll add a few to the mix.
  6. If this turns out like your recent builds....It should be killer. Good stuff Joe!
  7. I really like this.....Nice work!
  8. That outdoor pic is killer Jim...Nice work as usual!
  9. Gotta love these vintage rails...You do justice on all your builds John...Good stuff!
  10. Great work as usual Jim...That color really pops!
  11. Great paint, super clean and nicely detailed.....What more can you ask for...Beautiful build!
  12. That Olds is a beauty Niko and you definitely need to get back on the replica of the Impala. Great job as usual!
  13. I really appreciate the great comments guys! You are right Nick...Dios add another dimension to most builds,but... they can be a problem when it comes to storing them. Especially if they are large scale scenes. I've had them stacked in closets and in dresser drawers and even under my bed at one time. The smaller bases like an 8" x 10" that will hold one model and they don't have to be super detailed to look good and they will generally fit in the display case fairly well (assuming you have one). Thanks again to all and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!
  14. Excellent work John! I really miss the modified class with all its high winding engines. My favorite (which I saw in person many times) was the 6 cylinder "Pocket Rocket" Chevy II driven by Cotton Perry....Those were the days.
  15. Here are three more that I built this year...I forgot about them because I sold them shortly after they were completed.
  16. Thats a froggy lookin' little beast...LOL..Nice Jim!
  17. Outstanding work Joe!
  18. Super sharp Jim...I actually like the color matched bumpers.
  19. Thanks Alan...I hope to make it again this coming March.
  20. Thanks to all you guys for the comments.....I definitely will try to be there Jim...Its a fun day there at the Garlits museum.
  21. I built a few this year and I don't have anything on the bench now...So this is it...I hope you enjoy the pics and thanks much!
  22. Great job Aaron...As others have stated...This is one of my favorite vintage funny cars also.
