  1. Might have to do mine that color combo too. Very Nice!!
  2. Good Question. Glad for that info too. I can't afford to waste money I Don't have. That is why I always ask for the measured drawings or Plans. Wish Some one would tell me where they got theirs from. I did send an email to the LA County Historic group but go No reply Maybe Moebius will surprise us not only with a 72 Dodge Pickup, but the Squad too!
  3. I too would love to see it back. I have an Original, but need to replace Most of the tires. Dry-Rot!!! Oh yea, I Never Finished it. I cut it apart and replaced all the ramp mounts with Rectangle & Round Tube to make ALL upper ramps/decks Move!!
  4. I like this one. Wish I had had some $$ when I saw them in Ollie's!!
  5. He is a member of a few Yahoo email groups. Check Buy-Sell-Trade, and Model Cars Unlimited. He is a member of both. He lists new, and discontinued items there.
  6. Hello. What Kinds of Wagons do you like? Have you built any? I have a few, including a 65 Tempest Phantom GTO My 2 65 GTO projects are here; http://s145.photobucket.com/user/EdselDan/library/Models/Projects/65%20GTOs?page=1 I like Long Roofs too. Did the 65 Lincoln with the Wagon roof extension, and am working on a 59 EDSEL Villager wagon!! And Yes its Twin the 59 Ford Country Sedan! (That is How I am doing the EDSEL , one of those PMC Fords)
  7. Yea, I think I got the Last 70 Impala 4dr body/interior Ed Flock had a couple years ago. He does Drag cars not not replica stock like his dad did. He is "Dragcity Resin" (or Casting)
  8. The Arii/Imex Caddy is a Lot better than the Lee/Heller kit. The Lee/Heller kit is a Cheap copy of the Arii/Imex. That one Does have the battery tray & motorizing parts. Rear axle is cast to the chassis too, but trailing arms are separate!! So Yes, If you want a 58 Caddy, Pick the Arii/Imex!!
  9. I got Plenty!! Just Need the room to Work on them!!
  10. I built the "Judge", buu traded off the Daytona
  11. Jim B. I know about that kit. I would rather do it myself. CHEAPER!!!. I know about Cargostar's Cab, I have seen them on the Scale Firehouse, but again......................Unemployment LIMIT's my Buying, thus Scratchbuilding is my friend!!! I have a Cady decal sheet that includes LA County & City Fire markings. I am not sure if that one is still made since he retired and sold off his printing.
  12. I don't think anyone is looking for New tooling from Round2 anytime soon. Rumor has it that Revell is thinking about a Ranchero & Ranch Wagon, Country Sedan or 'Squire as a follow up to their 57 Custom. Not too soon, maybe 2-5 years down the road, but thinking about it
  13. I would Love to do those 3 too. But, finding Scale drawings/measurements for the Squad body & Crown are stopping me. Finally got ONE side view measured drawing for the Ward though!! The Other one I always wanted to build, I actually have in progress. MACK CF Baker Aerialscope. Sadly, I have to start over on the boom. sections 2 & 3 became too tight a fit and the outer one has been torn apart Is that Roscoe from Hazzard that pulled him over?? I started an HO scale of Bandit & Snowman's KW & trailer MANY years ago too! so far, sides of trailer are white for the mural.
  14. You mean this one?? I built this MANY years ago. NEW!!. Had 2 of the, Need to find a Grill for this one!. Can you see the Error on the Box?? Think I will post this in Box Top Blunders too. There IS an Error!! Did they ever offer this ford Stock Non-damaged?? I believe the 240Z Datsun/Nissan was from Lindberg and in "1/32" scale. It was actually smaller than that but that was the listed/labeled scale. I remember it, but never had one. Think I Might have an Old Lindberg catalog showing it. Correct!! 1978/79 Lindberg Catalog shows the 240Z, but not with the Garage. I can scan the page in a few days
  15. Saw it on their site. Nice. I prefer the 67 Camaro Indy Pace Car though. Never get one, but do Love it!!
  16. Wasn't the AMT Annual an Invicta?? I know the 59 was. I am converting one intoan Electra 225 Indy Pace car. But, No I am Not lengthening it to be more correct. Just adding the Trim. AMT's 60 was offered in both Hardtop & convertible, and was one of the First annuals to include an Engine!
  17. I have one of those J-L diecast too!!. Mine will not get cut up! Coca-Cola!!!!
  18. Build it?? Trade it?? Life-Like had a few others in that series. I think maybe even a Coronation Coach Wonder if those are in the Round2 vaults now from Lindberg??
  19. I have the Old Revell Kit of that VW/Rolls Needs a good restoration though
  20. Was thinking more alone the lines of BMF. Never had alcad. Not sure any hobby shop near me has it.
  21. I do Love this era Chevy/GMC pickup too. Got Several!! Need to do a Shortbox Fleetside too since I have both Long & Short Stepsides!!
  22. Another thing to remember on this Caddy. The Roof is Bare Stainless Steel!!! But.... How best to replicate that??
  23. Actual Tooling date is 1957!! Or Late 56! Yes, Multi-piece body. Upper & Lower haves, plus additional detail parts. I have one.
  24. Not the best, but only one I have. Some years ago on the Strasburg Rail Museum Excursion Rail road. (Front page of my Photobucket) Yes I still have all that Fur. Even Longer Now!!! Hair cuts cost TOO much now!!!
