  1. You can always mail them a check, you don't need a credit card.
  2. I just noticed how the trunk lid is cut out around the gas cap... pretty cool. Now add the turn signals! If you don't have anything appropriate in your parts box you can get little clear "lenses" like that in the jewelry supplies aisle at Hobby lobby.
  3. Yeah... back from when NASCAR race cars were still recognizable versions of their street counterparts. How did NASCAR lose their way? Very nice work. But then again, ALL your stuff is!
  4. Yes!!! Go Sox!!! Big time fan here... I hope they can win the World Series this year. It's been TOO LONG since the last one...
  5. Geez... you'd think your wife would let you know that once in a while...
  6. This is reaching back a bit further than '69, but you could always consider making your 'vette a split window...
  7. It should also come off with water... a damp kleenex or paper towel will do.
  8. Ol' Ted will be 61 December of this year, which makes him 50 in '99... So now you're even more impressed, aren't you? "Vegetarians are cool. All I eat are vegetarians - except for the occasional mountain lion steak." -Ted Nugent
  9. I sure hope we don't have any French members on here. I don't think they'd be too happy...
  10. Still waiting here too. The guys in Australia already have theirs, but I don't have mine yet???
  11. A little late but I made it! The answer: REAL!
  12. BTW... after 2 previous tries earlier in the week (too windy for the helicopter), today they put the spire on top of Trump Tower. Now it's done... finally! Tallest building built in the U.S. since 9/11. "The Donald" must be so proud...
  13. Fair warning here... I don't want to be responsible for George's heart attack , so I'll tell you all now that ROM will be delayed slightly tomorrow. I'll be posting it sometime later in the afternoon on Monday! I haven't had any time yet to find a subject for #71. "Real work" is getting in my way a little... stupid demanding clients... Oh, wait, I mean wonderful clients who's money I desperately need!
  14. The forum is working like it always has. The problem (whatever it is) must be on your end.
  15. I don't get it. The magazine is printed in Denver. I'm closer to Denver than you are, but you have yours already! Hey!!! Chicago here! Big city! Major metropolitan area! Nine million people! Tallest building in the USA! Home of the president-elect! We have TWO baseball teams! Helloooooo???!!! Where's my magazine???
  16. Patience, grasshopper. Confucius say good things come to those who wait...
  17. The '62-'63 Corvette was an odd one for sure... the strange link between the 50s and the 60s 'vettes. The angular sharp rear end design didn't quite fit with the rounded lines of the front end. But you made your "transitional" Corvette look great!
  18. You can't go wrong with DupliColor. Great stuff!
  19. That thing would be a bear to park!!!
  20. Ah, that's the beauty of doing an illustration instead of an actual model. I can make my redlines any size I want! You might have a harder time finding them in the "real world"...
  21. I never said that ROM is only about plastic 1/24 models... There's a whole lot more models out there than just those in that one little segment! BTW... this one is a pretty nice diecast, dontcha think?
  22. You're right! It's a 1/12 diecast MODEL! Next ROM coming MONDAY!
  23. Are you talking about something like this?
  24. But then again, sometimes a cigar is just a cigar...
