  1. Oh, yeah, baby. That would be the bee's knees. Maybe some day. TDR, are you listening???
  2. No glass???
  3. It's 1/87 (HO scale). And it needs some sort of signage! No dealership would exist without a sign, both on poles to be seen from the street and on the building itself.
  4. The Sox just signed Adam Dunn to a four year deal.
  5. There's nothing like an early Christmas present!
  6. 1 for 17??? If you were on my baseball team I'd have to bench you!!!
  7. Our little French amie is a 1954 or 1955 (depends on which photo caption you want to believe) Panhard Dyna Junior Cabriolet. This one was a little harder than the last one, so only a few got the answer... and they are: Badluck 13 Stasch (the former "MikeMc") Jim Gibbons mr moto Chillyb1 Modelmartin
  8. Once you guys get the definition of "custom" worked out, maybe then you can define what a "muscle car" is... And after that... you can tell me what is art and what isn't...
  9. That is really, REALLY nice! You nailed it. Congratulations on a fantastic model
  10. You have a novel in you somewhere...
  11. Who knew there was an aftermarket Hulk head available???!!!
  12. Like Ed says... piano wire. Any well-stocked hobby shop will have it. Brass rod will also work.
  13. Yeah, the paint job fooled me too at first! Nice job...
  14. Another typical Teresi build–perfect! I love late 60s-70s funny cars. Back when they still looked like the cars they were "supposed" to be. Not like today's generic jelly beans.
  15. Nice. Love the subtle weathering. Cool model of a cool plane!
  16. Happy B-day! I hear 60 is the new 40...
  17. Glad to have you! I think you'll like what you see...
  18. A 1/8 scale Daytona or Superbird. Just as soon as somebody produces the kit.
  19. Try to gently pick off the glue with the tip of a sharp X-acto blade. You might get lucky and be able to pop the glue off, because regular model glue doesn't stick to paint. If you can get most of it off that way, then use some very fine sandpaper to clean up any mess still left and finish up with a polishing kit or some liquid polish from the auto parts store. If the glue won't come off easily you might have to sand it off. If you're lucky you'll get it off without going through all the paint. Once you get it off, use either the polishing kit or liquid polish to bring back the shine. If you do go through the paint, you'll have to respray the area (but not necessarily the whole body).
  20. Yeah, this is what amounts to a "quick sketch"... literally 10-15 minutes in PS. I would finesse the details a lot more if I were doing this "for real." Sorry, those gills look waaay too "JCWhitney". BTW, I did alter the convertible roofline a bit. It's not quite as tall and clunky as it is in the original. Not a big change, but a change...
  21. Here is literally 15 minutes of Photoshopping. Give me half the time and budget they spent on this and I could do it up right!
  22. Remember... no answers or hints here! PM me with year, make and model. The answer: 1954 or 1955 Panhard Dyna Junior (some photos say '54, some say '55)
  23. That's cool! Nice weathering. I have this kit, not sure yet how I want to build it... but I like your take on it.
