  1. It does look better than the current... ahem... "Charger"... But I sure would like to have seen the new Charger as a 2-door coupe, not a 4-door sedan. And I really would like to have seen the Charger look like the concept they were parading around as the "new Charger" a few years ago. Why they scrapped that design and went with the "brick" look is beyond me...
  2. They obviously were going for the look of the old hemi cuda, not the function. I agree, the car is clunky looking, especially in profile. It needs about a 6" section taken out of the body for starters. Front and back end look good, though. It's tough to improve on the almost flawless styling of the original.
  3. Do a google search for what you're looking for. You'll get dozens of places to buy from.
  4. His email is: d-gas2000@cox.net
  5. Canada is considered foreign because it is. It's not the US, it's Canada. If you live in Canada it is cheaper to buy them at the hobby shop. The foreign subscription rate is really meant for overseas subscriptions.
  6. Yes, foreign subscriptions are available, Cost for one year is $64.65 US, two years is $123 US.
  7. I don't have any. I found the photo in someone's gallery... no info given.
  8. Final vote: 26 REAL, 27 MODEL. Man, that was close! But I win! It's real!
  9. To anyone who has to fly this Thanksgiving week... enjoy your TSA patdown! Don't let them get near your giblets...
  10. Peter, get in touch with Ken Hart. He's our "bad trades" sheriff, maybe he can help you out.
  11. New, if your definition of "new" is "since December, 2009!!!"
  12. You need to read your camera's instruction manual and figure out to shoot pictures in focus...
  13. Yes.
  14. Yep. Comes right to your door (or mailbox... ), plus cheaper than buying it one at a time. What's not to like???
  15. A few of the available variations: http://www.amazon.com/Hawk-scale-Street-engine-diecast/dp/B000NW9222
  16. Actually there are several similar kits floating around out there, all in 1/4 scale. There's the Testor's plastic kit with block molded in clear, then there are several variations from Hawk/Lindberg offered as diecast kits.
  17. Beautiful work, especially considering the small scale.
  18. The subscription price is cheaper (on a per copy basis) than buying the magazine one issue at a time at the hobby shop.
  19. It's a nice kit, very detailed. I built it, but didn't go for the "see-through" look... I painted everything except for one of the valve covers, so the intricate valve train was still visible.
  20. It could be this kit: http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/tes/tes453.htm

  22. Chuck, I think you need to tell us about your back yard. As in where, how, why, etc. There must be a story there!
  23. Yeah, couldn't sleep. Too many things on my mind.
  24. How about this one? Real or Model? The answer: REAL!
