  1. Number one: why in the world, knowing what smoking does to a person's health, would you want to take up smoking? Number two: this is a little too far "off topic."
  2. Nah... we don't run that kind of hotel here. It's more like the Bates Motel!!!
  3. Early meeting Monday AM... so I better get this one going now, cuz I won't have time tomorrow morning. So anyway... real or model? And yes, I did Photoshop out the license plate... I don't want to give you guys an obvious clue! The answer: REAL!
  4. We like pictures here! Say "hello" to Eydie!
  5. Here's a pretty cool one: And here's something strange...
  6. That's really cool! Nice job all around. For a "non-contest" model I'd bet it could win a few contests...
  7. I think Gregg accidentally had his car parked on the internet hose. He moved it...
  8. One piece would be ideal, but for a beginner it's probably easier to do it in sections. Just overlap the pieces a little. After you burnish everything down, the joint will be almost invisible.
  9. If you think Pint Shop is cool, you should try Photoshop!
  10. I count 10 on this one!
  11. Yeah, that was me: BTW... the side marker lights really shouldn't be white...
  12. When you look at a modern car hauler and how many cars they fit onto one rig, those old 4,5 or 6 car haulers seem very inefficient!
  13. That works nicely... ties in to the line between the taillights and backup lights/turn signals. Although I'd still go with a simple flat back panel if it was me. I also would have stuck with either body color or black mirrors, but not a split. Actually, since the mirrors sprout out of a black area I'd probably have gone with black. But, hey, that's just my opinion, and it's your design and your model. It's a spectacular success in my book, the rest is just minor nitpicking. That rear 3/4 view is a knockout!
  14. MOM! George is picking on me!
  15. For the rear panel, I'd say KISS... a simple flat black, no stripes, no emblems. As Mies said, less is more.
  16. Wasn't that a unibody car? So wouldn't the underside have been body color, and the frame black?
  17. Your paint is about as flawless as I've ever seen. Tell us your process step-by-step. What brands/types of paint, how many coats, polishing kit? How do you get such a perfect finish?
  18. I can still find them... but it gets harder and harder every week. There are only so many out there...
  19. You need to add some graphics on the doors... Like "Joe's Speedy Towing" or something...
  20. The lettering through the middle kind of ruins it... BTW... you spelled "copyright" wrong.
  21. I got you guys this time! Final vote: 35 REAL, 19 MODEL. It's a MODEL! Here are some photos to prove it:
  22. For the Nova I'd go with a bronze/copper color like this... Also... check my avatar!
  23. Did you do a google search? I typed in 1932 Ford frame and got tons of links... like this one: http://www.newagedesignsinc.com/1932%20Ford%20Chassis.htm
