  1. This is a great kit and you're doing well with it. It's ashame about the front clip although its not to lat to attempt a repair if you want. Of course like Dan said it can also be chucked up as a learning experience. I look forward to seeing more of the build
  2. Nice looking build so far. I like the look and stance of this kit. Nice engine stand also
  3. I love the lines and the wheel flares on this kit. I've never been a fan of heller (Aircraft) kits. How is this one?
  4. That is one colorful paint scheme. I look forward to seeing you build that one. Keep us posted
  5. I'm hesitant to start any of my newer Mustangs till I have the procedure nailed down.
  6. The gold on black combo is the best I've seen on the Mustang II. Sweet!
  7. I think I saw something but not sure where it was that the movie was 2 years out. Of course I'm not sure when that particular interview was made so in a word.... No, I have no clue
  8. The platinum silver looks good from where I'm sitting
  9. Both cars are looking great, Rob
  10. I think that would be very helpful as well.

  12. Work continued on the 73 this week. My son had a sleep over one night this weekend and I had a bunch of computer work to address so I couldn't get as much done as I had hopped. Something is better then nothing I guess. :armata_PDT_03: I turned my attention to the interior and the seats. As I had commented on earlier there is almost nothing Mustang in this kit and the interior is no different. When installing the seats I came across another issue. The seats sat in a reclined position. It reminded me of season one of Star Trek the next Generation and the navigation seats on the bridge. There is no way anyone could be expected to sit and drive this car in that reclined position. In the photo below the driver seat is fixed and the one i'm holding is the kits idea of good. To fix this I just took some Evergreen stock and glued it to the rear of the seat, painted it black and glued it in place. Both seats fixed. Much better if you ask me Next I returned to the Evergreen stock and found another useful piece. This I used to fill the back of the guages I drilled out last week.
  13. Looks nice from where I'm sitting. I think I might have to get this kit some day. I look forward to seeing more progress.
  14. The luggage rack is a nice touch
  15. I like the idea of painting the louvers. To much can go wrong with applying the decals over that area
  16. I always like the older stock cars like these. I thought that had so much more character to them then the new cookie cutter cars they have running today. I look forward to seeing more of your build
  17. Those appear to be some very unusual kits. I think any one of those kits would draw a tremendous amount of attention in a WIP. Fantastic haul
  18. Nice choice Matt. I look forward to seeing how it progresses
  19. Nice build and the background is perfect for this car. Thanks for sharing
  20. Rob, I believe this is an open ended CB so you should have no issues joining.
