Still love it!

FYI. Mystichrome and comp orange were both 04 only colors

Always hard losing a long term pet. They are family. Hopefully Ernie can help with that. He looks like he may keep you busy.

Just perfect. Period! -
Thanks everyone. I will likely build another sometime but I know the decals were a lot of work. Lol

Gratuitous...? Hell YES! God bless Mopar!

I hear what you are saying. The times are not in question. They are what they are. What I am saying is this was not an off the lot production car. They are having issues now bringing it to market with the Feds. I also have a 14 gt500 and know that pretty much anyone can make it go faster than motor trends 11.6 on stock tires. It takes practice but low low 11s can be had. Drag radials and mid 10s are point and shoot. I can't wait to have one of these too : ) -
Comp orange rocks. In 03 I ordered a mystichrome 04 convertible. It arrived in feb 04. I went in to pick it up on a blustery -35 day. I had a deal done when I ordered it and left a deposit. Deal was for msrp and not a penny more. I get there with my trailer and they inform me since it was such a special color and they only were allowed to get one coupe and one convertible that they needed a 10k price adjustment. I said no way and got my deposit back and went home. Worked out though since I took an 03 mach 1 off their hands. I then got my 07 Shelby out of Arizona brand new since I found it there with no markup on price. And I got my 14 Shelby for sticker as well. I will still get my 04 cobra at some point. Lol

This is just all kinds of right!

That is very nice. Like the blue

Wagon rod kit lenses if I remember right
-
Thanks. If I recall it was the dupli color color shifting paint. The purple to green. I did a tan interior in it as well. At the time it would have been a trend setting rod but now it's a little dated as things have shifted to more traditional rods.

Hey guys. I built this up when the landy kit first came out so however long ago that was?! Lol. I eventually sold it. I regret it now but I may have to build another

Was looking through some pics of models I built and sold. This 32 was one of them. Nothing too radical, lowered it a bit and a rim change. Just a nice classic look I thought.

I am tinkering away on the engine. I don't know if maybe waiting on paint to cure on body before shipping to the next stop?
-
I had noticed the hose difference eventually lol. I ended up installing mine after just like you did. May I ask what paint you used on the shaker and will you be using it on the grille as well? I am pleased you are keeping the scoop removable as it's a shame to hide all that work

We shall see. That was dodges own testing on a pre production car. The 13/14 Shelby's have been proven to be mid 10 cars on drag radials... Plus, 15 challenger order banks opened mid last week and the hellcat was supposed to be on there. It's nowhere to be found and the word on the street is that it's delayed because of drive by noise standards and a couple other EPA related things. I sure hope it comes out as I think it will look good in my garage.. -
Great job. You got it in there just as planned. Watch out for lower rad hose fit. It's a little tricky
-
Very nice. It will look great in there. I see you did as I did and swapped the valve covers to the proper sides. The kit art and instructions show the oil filler on drivers side but it should be where you put it on pass side.
-
Yes. The cobra, mach 1 and bullitt all shared the c pillar trim. All that is needed is a sliver of styrene to make the leading edge match the back edge of the side scoop
-
Yes the front bumpers are nothing alike. A side view says it all. Rocker panels will be the easiest parts to make
-
The back will take a lot more than just filling the diffuser. I look foreword to seeing how you tackle all the stuff that makes a terminator. I plan to do one also

Thanks. Yes it will have caps. I found them but still have to order them up. I don't think you could get redlines by 70. -
I can snap you a pic of my merc after work in the sun. Love it
