Growing up in the 60's I always wanted to build those big Monogram models but then like now I just never had the space , so in 2016 I decided to recreate them in a smaller 1/24th scale . The Little Deuce and Little T were available and I was able to find both , along with several incomplete Little T's and miscellaneous parts that would be needed for the other three builds . Finished in 2018 here are my five Tribute Builds . "LITTLE DEUCE" - This was a restoration of a built up original , the only non-original parts are resin cast headlight lenses and fabricated soft top bows . "LITTLE T" - This is a box stock build of an original Little T . "LITTLE ROD" - This started life as a Little T . It has a cut down '32 Radiator shell and grille , rear wheels from a Little Coffin , and a few custom parts including the fabricated headers and the top . "LITTLE DRAG" - This also started as a Little T . All of the correct parts for the engine , interior , Moon tank , and wheels were sourced from over a dozen different kits . The handbrake , shifter , and steering wheel were scratch built . The roll bar and push bars were hand formed using aluminum rod . "LITTLE TUB" - Maybe the most difficult was the Little Tub , since no pre-1926 body was available I grafted two Little T bodies together . The interior and top were also fabricated in the same manner . The chassis and engine are from a Little T , both built right out of the box except for rear wheels from a Blue Bandito . The cycle fenders are modified Red Chariot Pieces . The finishing touch for last three was creating the artwork for custom decals and the faux box art . Thanks for looking ! This is a neat little 3D printed kit from Iceman Collections . I modified it by adding all the "Back To The Future" goodies to the body with styrene strip and an engine pack from an old diecast that was collecting dust . Nice kit and a fun build .

Another "Deal's Wheels Never Was" . . . this one inspire by Dave Deal's original artwork , I finished it a couple of months ago after it sat unfinished for six year's . It's based on a Monogram shortened body/frame and has fabricated headers/engine , front and rear suspension , and wheels . Other bits and pieces are from the Monogram kit and my parts box . The biggest hurdle was coming up with a driver and is one of the reasons it got shelved many years ago . I finally settled on modifying a Deal's Wheels head and creating the body using Apoxie Sculpt . Paint is Tamiya TS-8 Italian Red and TS-13 Clear . A fun and very long build . I hope you like it !
