  1. That is soooo Cooool ! ! That's what we tried to build back in the early 80's . We failed miserably .
  2. Looks really good ! Very nice rebuild . Is that the original paint ? Sure do hope somebody can place the origins of this kit .

    67 Plymouth GTX

These cars just look right when they are built stock OOB . Very Nice !
  4. That's a nice looking car . Definetly reminiscent of the McLarens . What scale is it ?
  5. Pretty cool ! It looks exactly like what would have been done back in the 60's ! Please finish this one !
  6. Steven , Ditto to what everyone has already said ! Where have you been hiding those beautiful models ? Welcome !
  7. For as long as I remember I have always used coat hangers . I've recently graduated to something a bit more profesional , It's still a coat hanger , just modified a little . And it works much better !
  8. I agree . It looks much better with the stripes . The engine and chassis detailing looks great too ! Might want to fix that tie-rod end before you drive it again !
  9. Wow , that turned out really nice ! Love that color with the black top .
  10. Looks good to me ! I broke down and bought new glasses , so I can see them tiny parts now . It's the stiff joints in my fingers that don't work ! Anyway , I really like the black finish with gold lettering . And all the chrome looks good too . Are they as fragile as I hear they are ?
  11. It might be a curbside , but it builds up into a nice looking Ford ! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with .
  12. Hey , we live in Florida ! It's O.J. in the morning !

    Cheetah

Chris , Very Good ! Excellent detail on this one , right down to the hood pins ! Never seen a cheetah that color before , and it looks great . Where did you get those wheels and tires ? They are perfect . Bill Thomas deserves a lot more credit for building these awesome machines ! I built Cobra reps for many years , but have always wanted a Cheetah .
  14. Looks great ! Don't see too many 65's being built . The trunk is a real eye catcher and the engine detail is great ( no floating alternator ! ) . Really sharp build .
  15. If you are using Windows , Paint will do the same thing ( much easier ) .
  16. That's nice . That's very nice ! In black w / white stripes , and great looking BMF , and great looking wheels , and . . .
  17. Love that engine . Those 427's sure are pretty ! Cool looking Fairlane too !
  18. That's a sharp Impala . Nice color , I even like the wheels ! Not to sure what the stuff in the trunk is all about ( I'm showing my age ) , but it doesn't look like junk ! Nice job .
  19. Thank's to Glenn for starting this . I picked mine because I can relate to the kind of luck Daffy always has ! Seems he never can get a break .
  20. Oh yeah , I like this one ! Violette Pearl ? I've never seen that color before and I have to get some ! BOB .
  21. That turned out very nice ! The Vette drive train is a natural for this car . Your detailing with a brush is very good ! You have a steady hand .
  22. Bill , Those are so sweet ! If they were mine I would dust them occassionally and put them back on the shelf . They may not be your builds , but they are still a little piece of history . I still have several that I built back in '69 - '72 boxed up . I take them out occasionally just to look . Some pieces have fallen off , but I have no intention of rebuilding them . BOB .
  23. Very nice Harold . The red looks great with the white stripes and interior . From what I can see , the detailing is exceptional . How 'bout some more pics ?
  24. Hey Inspector Callahan ! How about starting a topic about why we chose the avatar we use ? Might be interesting . We all know why you picked yours ! BOB .
  25. I like the way you channeled it . Gives it a more aggressive look ! Show us more !
