  1. Very nice! The two Mercs compliment each other well!
  2. Wow, that is awesome! Love the work on the wag and the color, the travel trailer is great! Should have popped that one out in resin, as I'm sure tons of us would love to have one of those! Looks right on too!
  3. I always thought they were kind of ugly too, but they do have a way of growing on you over the years. I don't mind them now. I'd drive one. Still can't sell me on a Pacer though!
  4. Mirrors, mirrors, I'll pay for a bag full 'o mirrors.
  5. Just beautiful! I'd like to second that! It's perfect, color and everything. Even the photography is great!
  6. Nick, that's sweet! Beautiful work! What color did you use? I like it.
  7. Just finished this one up, what a nightmare kit to build, and somewhat crude in the engine compartment, but I'm still thankful we have these old AMT annual Matadors. This one is a '75 that I've converted to a base Matador, instead of the Matador X. The color is a pretty much dead on match to AMC Green Apple. Interior is two tone beige, under the hood is the stock AMC 360-2bbl V-8, all I did was add wires and dist. I used old Firestone Supreme white walls, with full wheel covers that are a close match to the stock AMC caps that no one ever made in scale. I have more time in getting everything lined up on the front end on this kit, than I have in BMF. Hope you guys enjoy this wacky '70's bone stock Mat.
  8. Yes, that's the mill that comes in the kit.
  9. Beautiful build Rich!
  10. Wild!
  11. Very cool! Great job on the vinyl top!
  12. That's cool! Looks great!
  13. That's great! I love the display with the old sign. Reminds me of a lot of old joints up north in the woods by the lakes.
  14. Super super nice! One of my favorite colors on these!
  15. Very nice little Hornet!
  16. Sweet!
  17. Well deserved, congratulations!
  18. Awesome build! That's exactly how they looked just about two days out of the showroom!
  19. Since this thread is back to life, here's a couple of stone stockers. '50 Olds Rocket V-8, and a '77 Mopar 318-2bbl.
  20. If that's the same kit that a fellow member built and posted in "under glass", it's not proportioned right.
  21. Wow, that is gorgeous! What a coat of paint! Great photography too!
  22. Wow, fantastic! You forgot to paint in your marker lights though.
  23. Just a couple more quickie promo clean ups in between other builds. First up is a '96 Chevy Blazer LT, factory finish Emerald Green metallic, buffed it out a bit, black washed wheels and grille, and added the correct BMF to the wheel lip trim. Next is a '93 Ford Ranger, factory finish Aubergine (deep plum) metallic, removed the STX stickers (what a pain), buffed it out, blackwashed the wheels, and detailed the rubber around the windows, lights and emblems. I think it looks much better without the crazy stripe package
