  1. Very cool! I really love your green Montego!
  2. Awesome green Gremmie!
  3. I love these things too. Rich, I remember your post of your build of one of these, and I thought about PM'ing you about which interior to use. I knew you would know! When I get an extra tub, this one just may get an interior. Nothing to it to pop 'em back apart.
  4. This is an X-EL reissue promo that I scored. It's Olympic Blue and Sun Beige factory colors. All I did was take it apart, clean it, buff it, and start dumping loads of BMF on it! A little blackwash, and it was done. Oh, and it had blackwalls, so I used Vinylnation wide white walls for AMT Firestones on the factory Jo-Han tires, and they were a perfect fit! Sure beats painting the whites, and looks much better. These promos had no interior, and everything on the body is molded in place, including the tail lights. Yes, numerous swear words were used while working on this one!
  5. Super nice!
  6. Man, that's sharp! I love that color, I've used it on a couple builds. Testors flat brown looks great on the wood framing, and you 'd never know those were decals on the inlays.
  7. Lots of green, man, but that's ok.........green is my favorite color! Sweet!
  8. Very nice! Nice shine on the gold body, and great work on the pipes!
  9. Very nice. Great paint job and very nice work on the tubing.
  10. Very cool! I really like the busted fiberglass front bumper. Nice touch.
  11. One CrazyScale Bacarruda! I love the color, and really like the way the water spots follow the hood lines down. Very cool!
  12. Colors are great and the stance is right on!
  13. In your case, most likely a bad batch. I had it happen to a 1:18 '60 Ford.......that thing looked like a warped promo! I still say that humidity does play a role, but perhaps Tom is right, it may facilitate it's outbreak.
  14. Man, that's beautiful!
  15. Sweet cleanup, it looks fantastic!
  16. Another beauty, Al. Love the color combo.
  17. Very nice build! That Spaz-Stix is wild!
  18. Al, that's really slick! I love both of them. You're right, the dark red interior is awesome! I'd be willing to bet a couple of them were actually like this, 1:1.
  19. Wow, gorgeous!
  20. Another looking way better!
  21. All the Charger Daytona's were 1969 models. The Plymouth Superbird was a 1970 model.
  22. Man, that came out beautiful! And you're right, the paint is right on!
