    Been awhile...

Glad you are back at it again!
  4. That's "two" cool! We chose this kit as our club build this year, so I am looking forward to building one too.
  5. Looks awesome! Colors are perfect on it, nice wheel and tire choice for late '60's too.
  6. I like the color on it. Hemi looks great!
  7. Nice paint! Welcome to the hobby, glad you are already working on another kit.
  8. I didn't notice. However, I do know what you mean. I always see things in my pics that "bug" me a bit that I never noticed in person.
  9. Looks fantastic with the foil done! I lucked out on a Chrysler 300 pre-painted with good paint.
  10. I'll second that. Very, very nice looking build!
  11. I see R & R did a '56 New Yorker, and Star still carries it. I may grab one of those and see how well it lines up with the Moebius kit.
  12. I've always had a great experience with MCW. Dave has always answered my emails promptly. I sent my order form out and only one week later, I had the resin body for my '50 Olds in my hands. And the resin was top notch too! Very happy MCW repeat customer here.
  13. Finished up my last two NuComp trailer kits. Blue one is a 1959 Detroiter and the green one is a 1953 Roycraft.
  14. That looks great Harry. I really like the scratchbuilt top. It really adds to the eye appeal of the ole' buggy.
  15. Yep, I like it better!
  16. I've seen them, but never saw one built. Very cool!
  17. Looks great! I hate spraying yellow too, but this came out fantastic. Before I scrolled down, I had figured the roof looked like an armour alled vinyl top!
  18. That's awesome! Thanks for the history, I had no idea any departments used Vegas!
  19. I absolutely love seeing these old kits built nice like this!
  20. Definately looks better!
  21. I like the old rails, and the kustom Ford.
  22. Thanks man! Chris's motor is built nicer than mine IMO. He's got a little extra detail going on, and more correct weathering on the exhaust manifolds. If you look at mine, my air cleaner is too far forward (because of my dist), and my dist is too far to the left. I did remember to add a radiator hose since I took the pic however. They actually do build into a convincing smog era small block. I'm still amazed that Chris and I chose the same color, (as on my above pictured build) and we did the same thing with the vinyl tops, without knowing it!
  23. Chris, yours is turning out very nice. I did the same thing with a '78 promo.
  24. Msmightymouse is slowly dwindling down. Only has a handful of models left, compared to about fifty or sixty different ones several months ago. I doubt Ray sold before he died either, but not sure.
