Thank you Greg. In 1/25 scale I would say the AMT kits are plentiful. The King Cobra version is probably my favorite of the bunch. Perhaps not perfect but then what kit is ? They have a very skinny engine and you may want to pull a engine from another kit if that bothers you. They are the 289/260 version so not the fat fenders and the side pipes.

I agree with the others, very nice.

Not really like me to work on two models at the same time but so it seems . I really like these kits and I have built three and just bought two from Hobby Lobby . Doing some body mods on this one . Still in the rough stages . Modified the hood a bit , got rid of door handles and emblems . I am also modifying the side trim to more closely copy a car I found on the net . Won’t be exact but kinda sorta . Photo of that car included .

Ya, another Cobra . Wasn’t too fond of the last one I built so taking another stab at one but a different kit . Body painted with Tamiya Gloss Aluminum with a Tamiya Metallic Red stripe . Still needs decals and clear .

Strange, I have built 3 before buying these and didn't have any problems. Body does require some sanding and prep but Duplicolor filler primer worked great for me.

I use salt and pepper shakers when I use flocking.
