    I have built a couple of these and really like them . I ordered two kits from HL . This is the first one I finished . Was inspired by a pic I found on the web . Not exact but kinda sorta . Body work could have been better . It looked good in primer ! Painted with Tamiya red with Duplicolor 1k clear . Trim is Moloto because my BMF is BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH . Interior is Short Cuts red with kit decals on the seats . Wheel centers were given a coat of Mr. Hobby bronze .

    My wife was to fly out of Sky Harbor tomorrow to go visit my daughter and grandson in Virginia. Plane was to have two stops both in Colorado. She got a message about an hour ago saying her flight was cancelled. She has been on hold since trying to see why it was cancelled and if there is another flight on the same day or next day she can get on. We didn't get to see them over the holidays so she was/is itching to go. First time Southwest let us down.

    They all look good but the 57 stands out for me.

    I tried it once. That was enough. Now I use Duplicolor and Tamiya. I do like the Krylon Short Cuts flat black. Not really flat, has a nice sheen to it.

    Working on 2 Revell 57 Chevy Snap Tite kits. Have one painted and cleared and the other painted but not yet cleared. Love these kits.

    Replica looks spot on ! Well done. The pic added of a Fiesta is a surprise. I bought a 79 (?) Fiesta Ghia new. It was a pretty cool little car.

    This arrived today . Looks like a nice kit . I only hope I can do it justice . The wire wheels are beautiful . Came from Portugal quicker than stuff I order from here in the states ! Should look good in blue with Cobra stripes and Cobra wheels . I am only kidding about the Cobra stuff . Will build it as close to what it should be with my limited talents . Cost too much to screw up !

    I use the Tamiya for my projects. Used to use Squadron but found the Tamiya better for the limited amount I normally use. I think I may have to try the spot putty Bill mentioned .
