Thanks Snake, your idea was a good one but I didn't want to invest in another kit and I wanted to get it done and it probably would have taken a couple weeks to get the buggy kit.

I didn’t really start out to build this silly thing . I had a couple body pieces left over when after I created the long nose Cobra drag car I plan on building . I meshed these two left over pieces and puttied them up and figured I would see what I could come up with . I had it painted black but messed it up so started over and decided to go with some Tamiya Racing Green I had . No engine or chassis , just a flat sheet of plastic . Parts from my parts box inc. wheels , tires , hood scoop, side pipes , rear spoiler and tail lights , roll bar and straight pin for shifter .

I always prefer to do the lightest color first. Others may have a different way.

Somebody like that 30 Ford ! I think I may need one.

No mix. Point and shoot. I buy it on Amazon. Shows now about 22 bucks but I don't recall paying that much . Probably cheaper elsewhere.
