Trying my hand at scratch building a simple hot rod body from sheet plastic. Got it cut out and glued up. Don't know if anyone will ever see it. ?

There are decals that make the seats look like fabric . Testors tan and grey fabric texture paint as mentioned above .

Anybody use this stuff ? Saw it on Amazon. Looks like several HOK colors. Kind of like the Black Gold brand of spray paint.

Thanks Danno. Less than a week start to finish. I was holding this kit to join in the 24 hour build but I found out we will be having guests so.....

This may not irk anyone else but it bugs me. While watching BJ auction I dislike when they say something like " This is the engine this car was BORN with ". Not sure why it irks me but it does.

Thanks guys. The kit gives you two different locations for the axles. I used the lower for the front and the higher in the rear. I just liked that look.

Not a bad little kit . Somehow I managed to miss sanding off the mold lines on the hood and trunk . Of coarse I noticed it after I painted it ! Painted Testors White Lightning . Interior red . Rear spears painted gold . BMF on some trim and cleared with Wet Look Clear . Painted centers of the wheels with MM aluminum . Also put a gold stripe on hood .

Heard that someone ran a light.

Saw this while on my walk yesterday . Nobody was hurt .
