Moving along on this kit . Not a bad kit . No problems so far . My only pick would be too small tires ( IMO ) and the too low suspension . That also is just my opinion .

Several years ago when I was living in Yorba Linda California I went to a car store called Dayons House of Cobra's. They had several built kit car Cobra's. They had a nice red one with a small block Ford that they were asking 25,000 for. Knowing I really wanted one my wife suggested we take a home equity loan and get the cash for the car. After some thought I decided it was not the adult thing to do. My daughter finished high school and then to a 4 years private college followed by 3 years of law school. Still helping to pay that off. No Cobra for Ray ! But I have a bunch of little ones !

Mine will be pretty much stock with just the front suspension and the larger tires as the only changes. Paint will be Tamiya metallic green with green and white interior.

Just started a couple days ago . This is just a mock up . These are aftermarket tires . I did not like how the truck would sit with the stock suspension ( too low ) so I modified it . Found some leaf springs in my parts box and ditched the stock front end suspension and used the leaf springs . I don’t claim this to be correct in fact I know it’s Mickey Mouse but it will have the desired effect . I think .

Opened up a new in and Out near my sisters in Surprise. Had a double double and some fries. Not the best thing for me to eat but my doctor has told me it is ok once in awhile. How long is awhile ?
