    There is one on the bay right now. Asking just under 300 dollars.

    I have seen that kit. Builds up very nice. I have seen it go for 300.00 to 600.00 bucks. I don't have one. That kind of money I will devote to a different hobby. I probably could not build it very good anyway.

    I think for right or wrong we ended up with more threads because it started out not as a generic post about Cobra's but rather only about AMT specific models. Then one was started on just Monogram Cobra's ect. That's my 2 cents anyway.

    Drivers that don't pay attention. I was third car back in a left turn lane. Arrow goes green and we sit and sit. Gave a light toot on the horn and the guy woke up and drove. I was just able to make the light. Three cars able to go instead of probably six. Guy on phone ?????

    Looks good. I always avoided this kit as I heard it was a tough one.

    That kit was issued under 4 names. MPC, ESCI Ertl, AMT Ertl and Airfix. The Airfix is hard to find at least I have trouble pinning one down.

    Interesting. I have been toying with trying that dip process but the ones I found just would look out of scale. Yours looks good.

    I PM him every so often and sent him one about a week or so ago. I have not heard back from him which is unusual. Hopefully he is ok. The man really knows his stuff and has helped me out with things on models as well as my real cars and truck.

    Kyosho also does a Daytona body that is pretty nice. I put one on a Monogram chassis.
