Are you sure? After searching that line, I wasn't entirely convinced it wasn't some rare fiberglass thing. The headlight ring doesn't look quite right!
I think my failures to find the car some weeks makes it pretty clear I'm in it for the journey, not the destination. All the amazing cars I find while searching is half the fun.
What threw me was it was about 8 years behind the times for styling. I came across Renaults but my specified date was too early. Those rear fenders had long since gone out of style over in USA.
One correct answer? wow. I could see all sorts of GM style influences in it - a bit of Camaro, a bit of Firebird. Never expected it would have a Ford hiding under it.
Hmm.... that Combi makes one think one's zomby car should have engine access from inside the vehicle. It would certainly lead to differently styled machines.

I took a look at the lines, thought it's either a Jag or Daimler. Looked at the hubcap. Yup, Daimler. A mate and I went touring in a Daimler Regency back in '86. He bought a Majestic Major after that.
