I thought I remembered this video, I marshalled on that 1977 RAC Rally, but on a forest stage! Great memories! Imagine the car sounds on a track half the width with tall trees up to the edge of the track, awesome!

Superb job! Your story of going out with your family in the Beetle was similar to ours. I'd been made redundant from work and our two boys were small and not yet at school, so I picked up my mother and we all went to a local Safari Park for the day. We were riding through the Lion enclosure, when, looking in my rear view mirror was unable to see our youngest son who was about 2 years old. I wondered where he had gone so my Mother in the back seat looked over the back and Matthew was asleep on the engine cover, nice and warm. So the Lions didn't get him after all!

The decaling is amazing. The contrast between the black paint and the gold decals is just amazing. This is just as I like to do from time to time, find afermarket decals that the particular car used in the day. Superb!
