Thanks Mark I would like to double up the white over red decals, but they are very thin glossy plastic stickers. Test fitted onto the chassis while I think about adding dash, steering and making a roll-cage.

Cheers Mark, now the stickers are on! A bit opaque on the 46 over the red but all right otherwise, but as stickers very, very fiddly with tweezers!

Cheers Steve, I'm now trying to use the Lumina body left over plus bits to build a Nascar no.46!

Bit more done. A bit ropy around the windscreen, after continued tries to reduce it'size to get it to fit.

Superb! As an ex-rally marshal, now retired I remember these on the stages, noisy with flames belching out of the exhaust into the bends on the overrun!

Scratchbuilt chassis, painted wheels and body, fitted a difficult rear window, later a front window but both seem to be too big! Most of the Lumina kit was used in a Tradesman truck build last year.

Thanks Les, they are similar images as I have, but wanting to do a black and white print to take out into the cabin, didn't work I don't have any red at present but like I do, I have a very nice bright Orange, so that's my tribute to the scratch-build! Here we are so far, with the one piece chassis! Here are the 'sticker' set, impressive, screen printing!

Thanks guys, unfortunately No.46 but not the Superflo version on either. We can't get the decals for these in the UK but I have had delivery a set of very good 'stickers' so in fact I can see images on my PC and do the stickers at my desk.

I have a Monogram Nascar Lumina no.46 Superflo Cole Trickle kit but with no instructions. I know there are sites that supply just instructions to download, I just need the decal placing pictures. Please has any idea where I can get these jpeg downloads

Now I have the Lumina kit body but used most of the kit to build a Nascar Pick-up. So I'm building a basic flat floor with an axle each end but I now need the take of the back axle and widen it! OOPS!

Now, weren't these a rear engine V8 and aircooled?

Thanks guys. Yes I have built kits of rally cars with dirt on the body but particularly on and around the wheels and tyres. Having been a Rally marshal about 40 years ago there were some very fast Group 2 cars that flew on a regular basis. The World Rally Championships now have still cars that fly!

Thanks Larry, nice kit goes together very well, but when decaling the numbers sometimes don't match up with the decal sheet!

Thanks guys. I look back at life, and drove the first Quattro to land in the UK, having their press officer as a neighbour!

Finished today, I added the lamps from the kit and scrap plastic mud flaps.

OK Steve. Now windows in.. And decals started. On the front wing I have dripped some decal softener, to cover the bonnet clip. It has dried now and shows that bonnet clip.
